More reports linking us with a move for Aymen Abdennour, although Valencia have supposedly agreed a deal for him. Also maybe a very outside chance of a move for Ibrahimovic before Tuesday 6pm

Nothing to do with Pogba whatsoever. Juventus have issued a huge hands off to Chelsea this summer and want a bidding war next summer instead. Unless Chelsea come up with a absolutely mind blowing offer he won't be joining us this summer. I still have an inkling someone big will come in. Any new developments Ed018 or Ed002?

both seem highly unlikely to me Fenerbache don't want to let him leave despite the player clearly being unhappy and as for vermaleen can't see what he can bring to us centrally or even as a full back injuries took there toll on what was at his peak a good defender.

Is it me or it makes you feel depressed that players you grew up admiring ( irrespective of the team ) start to disappear one by one.
Eg. Gerrard, Lampard, Carra, Xavi, Villa, Cassillas ( while he is not completely gone, he was one of the few people that made Real Madrid tolerable) and now Terry.

I guess this is what getting old means : (

Not sure if anyone agrees but I think we should move for Alex Song, would be fairly cheap or even get him on loan. Of course Pogba would be first choice but Song would add some steel alongside Matic

Song? Why? Give RLC his opportunity. Personally, I wouldn't mind aiming at 4th place and giving Zouma, RLC, Troare, Kennedy, Chalobah, Boga and Rahman plenty of game time.

I would take Song if Ramires was sold. He would definitely make us better. A physical presence while also providing the creativity which Fabregas is supposed to bring.
I was asking for him at the start of the summer.

We are in the same position as City were last year! They won the title and didn't strengthen over the summer, also the hunger and fighting spirit had seemingly gone. Look at them this summer, strengthened incredibly and you can see they are hungry for success and unfortunately we look completely the opposite. Still a long season to go so chin up guys and let's hope for better after the international break COME ON CHELSEA

I've got to feel sorry for you Ed's that's the full A-Z now, Aranguiz to Zhang you have had to endure. A little homework and you can eliminate them yourself without asking. Far Eastern players are right up Spurs street!

Not sure how confident I am that we will get Pogba.
However Chelsea have proved over quite a few years that they know what they are doing in the transfer market. So I trust that they will do what is right for the club.

I would be over the Moon if we signed him but if we don't ,then we don't . Onwards and upwards.
