The legal case reported is Man City’s challenge to recently introduced by the PL they won on some major points and lost some others. The PL case against City is being heard now and the decision is not expected to be published until the New Year.

Ed002, with 777 Partners going out of business, does BlueCo hold an interest in acquiring their shares in any of the clubs under their portfolio (Red Star, Genoa, Hertha BSC, Standard Liege, Vasco Da Gama, Melbourne Victory, Sevilla)?

Ed002 do you see us going for Duran in January or summer? Is he still a player we are looking at?
{Ed002's Note - Jhon Duran (F) Young left-sided Columbian forward discussed between Chelsea and Chicago Fire when negotiating another transfer. Everton, Benfica, Aston Villa, Liverpool and Manchester United all had scouts watch him in the United States before his move to Villa. Has been scouted by Torino and Celta Vigo. The member of staff who advocated the Chelsea interest originally is still at the club and has proposed that Chelsea should look to him again after being contacted directly by his agent - but the club has far preferred targets. West Ham asked for a loan last January and are still be interested, but would need to agree a fee - and I doubt Villa will be open to selling.}

Jumbo as you probably saw Ed002 says club continuing to look at GK options but this not a priority at the moment so it. may be a question for a while of choosing from what we have already. Should it be Jorgensen over Sanchez?
I do think Jackson offers a great deal as a number 9 and his stats pretty impressive if especially ehen low block not being employed against us and am. guessing probably more goals away from the Bridge than at it. So it may be that he still has something to prove in those low block games or against top teams and I had hoped for a seasoned Costa/ Dd style number 9 to be brought in during the summer and clearly the club tried to do this. But reckon Jackson deserves credit for doing pretty well leading line meanwhile. I suspect the club still. looking to bring in likes of an Osimhen in January or next simmer if wage structure not completely unraveled.
Meanwhile Maresca still has the Nkunku option which worked v Bournemouth away.

Stick with him for now as he has played well this season. He has deserved that. Another horror show though and he will surely be replaced. Are we looking at any more keepers ED02?

It was described as ' a parting of ways' but most that I've read suggests that though Boehly wanted him to stay the Review by other owner plus SDs wanted him to. leave. As usual Ed002 likely to know the truth?
{Ed002's Note - Winstanley and Stewart were asked to advise on what should happen with MP and they argued that he was not the man to take the club further. Boehly indeed want him given another season but was overruled, hence the change.}
