Bayern CEO Said they will not be bidding for havertz this year,
This doesn't mean its a done deal for us as Ed's said others are interested, Madrid being one, and situation remains the same. We will have to pay what BL want, maybe Michy can go other way to help deal, 2 birds one stone,

I see the Leverkusen Chief has said Havertz can leave if “certain conditions are met”. Money, in terms of what they think he is worth will obviously be one of those conditions but I worry that another condition may be to allow Havertz to play out the Europa league campaign, which I hope isn’t a stumbling block for us.

Does Bayer Leverkusen want Michy?
I think Rudi Voller has given the full green light to any club pushing for Havertz (from his comments as posted by Nizaar Kinsella’s article) - I am guessing with a condition that the interested club pays his valuation or he (Havertz) stays another year at Bayer Leverkusen. I think Havertz might join Chelsea but BL valuation needs to come down a bit (that’s if Real Madrid and Bayern Munich won’t decide against Pushing for him this summer) .

Ed did say he will be leaving BL this summer.

Ed did always says that Bayern would be keen to agree a deal for next summer so I wouldn't discount them yet.

Has anything changed or still the same as per before ed?

{Ed002's Note - Nothing has changed in terms of Havertz at this time.}

Cup final v Bayern today, after today I imagine talks between him and club and us maybe start back up, doesn’t sound like Bayer will budge on asking price, could I ask ed if Bayer are interested in any players of ours or we willing to use anyone,

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - I really don't know where you are getting all of these talks from Matt and the comment about the money. They have an interest in a player but he will not form part of any agreement.}

Just thought that not having a fee agreed and still being interested we would still try to come to a agreement between clubs and thought that as BL still had an important game and talks with the player would of been on hold til seasons over,

{Ed002's Note - OK.}

Please tell me it's Rudiger Ed002.

Ed do you reckon we should be hopeful of an agreement? Is it likely in your opinion or will it be difficult. Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - It would not be unreasonable to expect that something can be completed.}

Thanks Ed2, that sounds rather promising and gives us good hope. Thanks.

What a surprising week Sane has joined Bayern, Napoli are closing in on Osimhen and Bellingham is joining Dortmund. If only there was someone who could have predicted this for us all months ago. Fantastic stuff Ed really should start putting money on some of these ha, I know we do your head in sometimes on the Chelsea page but mostly it’s just because your info is so idiosyncratic that we become greedy little b#*%#rds for more and more of it. Much appreciation.

{Ed002's Note - Please don't start gambling on anything say here.}

What do you mean, Ed - you don’t think Olive is a reliable source?

EmilSC - What are you trying to wind Ed002 up for? We’d rather keep Ed002 as a source than have to rely on Olive 🙄🥺.

I think EmilSC is joking.

Hey Ed I’m not sure if you have expressly answered this before I can’t find a specific answer to it. If we do manage to turn our interest in Havertz into a transfer and sign him would we still look to a deal for Sancho if his overall package cost came down again?
I would assume the answer to be yes, but given Chelsea having LB as a priority and uncertainty with Willian. I Thought best to ask you, so if we manage to secure Havertz and a LB and Willian does not sign, would you expect Chelsea to look to a deal for Sancho this summer if his overall package was no longer seen as too expensive?
I hope I haven’t bored you or tied myself up with hypotheticals Ed I saw you mention on the United page that Chelsea and Madrid were offered a reduced package recently, I just feel that if the agents are fearing this new law coming in, cutting into their money, they would be doing all they can to secure a transfer this summer including not taking the Michael with their own fees to our off potential buyers.

{Ed002's Note - The transfers are all unrelated. I cannot answer convoluted whatif questions.}
