Hi Ed,

I hope that this is not just a random babe. But are Chelsea looking at Pau Torres?

{Ed002's Note - He was recommended by an ex-player but Chelsea have no made any approach for him and others would be preferred. He will move this summer but I would not hold your breath over him moving to Chelsea.}

1.) 26 Mar 2021 12:44:13
That’s a shame Ed.

2.) 26 Mar 2021 13:39:28
Very happy with that Ed he’s a bang average player. More own goals than Jamie carragher.

3.) 26 Mar 2021 14:21:55
If he is not coming who cares!

He has a sweet left foot and I’m sure he will do well whenever he ends up.

I hope it’s not another Premiership club.

4.) 26 Mar 2021 15:58:45
Sweet left foot eh I’m sure that’s the main job of a centre back. Sure it’s meant to be if he can defend or not and pau Torres can’t. If he was that good Barcelona or real would have signed him and guess what they haven’t 😂.

5.) 26 Mar 2021 16:06:43
All about opinions. I rate him and you don’t and that’s ok with me.

Chelsea probably don’t rate lots of players for lots of reasons but that doesn’t make them a bad player. It would just be the clubs opinion.

We will see were he ends up. I’m sure he will be a successful.

6.) 26 Mar 2021 16:49:50
If anyone believes the British press (I don’t) Torres is fancied by Utd or City.

7.) 26 Mar 2021 20:47:21
Spot on with the above comment RE: chelsea not rating players doesn't make them good Tom. Scouts opinions all differ plus you never really know how a player will develop. Chelsea get it wrong sometimes just like every other club.

8.) 26 Mar 2021 21:31:31
I agree JCFC. Our opinion may not be as informed as our club but it is just as valid and it’s good they are different. It helps with the debate and the banter.

9.) 28 Mar 2021 08:27:58
Surely MarbleBlue is just KingFrank's new account?

10.) 28 Mar 2021 09:37:20
Unfortunately EmilSC , KingFrank is just like a bad smell that just won’t go away!

11.) 29 Mar 2021 19:39:04
As someone said all opinions are valid what has marbleblue done or said that's bad.

Taken from the european pages.

Kai Havertz (AM) Bayern Munich will move for KH if the option on Philippe Coutinho not taken up - which it won't be. However, Bayern value the player at €50M less than the original €130M asking price - which has dropped to a still significant €100M minimum with no guarantee that Bayer Leverkusen will sell at all. In terms of interest from elsewhere, Barcelona were keen assuming Coutinho leaves, but have other prioritiues and financial issues. Manchester City viewed him as a David Silva replacement but have moved on. KH was first choice for Juventus but interest has moved on to others - and they are looking to horse trade. Interest of Milan will not go anywhere. Dortmund and PSG have both certainly spoken with his agent but neither seem keen enough at the asking price and will press ahead with other preferences. Manchester United opting for Bruno Fernandes will likely take them out of the picture and they need to resolve the issue with Pogba and replacing him and getting Sanchez off the books - and it won't be Havertz or Sancho - so they could end up having to make several very high end purchases - but they remain keen and need to prioritorise. Even with Chelsea opting for Ziyech, they have spoken with Bayer Leverkusen and will return with an interesting proposal after losing out on another target. Real Madrid have other priorities and have signed an alternative already - it is unlikely their funds will stretch to KH this summer so they propose a deal like Nobby Keita where the transfer is agreed for next summer at a fixed fee with a deposit paid now and the player staying another year in Germany - but the deposit might well be in the form of a player or two and that may not satisfy Bayer Leverkusen. Whether Liverpool wish to throw their hat in to the ring is another matter but they are not going to be able to fund a move this summer without a major sale. There may be a real push for him to spend one more year at BL regardless of all of the strong interest, as they have already signed a replacement to the club, but he is still inexperienced and learning. That would suit Bayern Munich - but they expect to be pressed in to making the signing this summer which does not ideally suit them with Sane still being thrashed out.

Thanks Ed02.

1.) 11 Jun 2020 11:21:37
cheers for the copy&paste - assume the one we've missed out on is Sancho?

{Ed002's Note - No. RTP.}

2.) 11 Jun 2020 14:54:07
Reinier Jesus.

16 Mar 2019 09:34:57
Is Ed02's return to the Chelsea page when we enter a transfer ban the ultimate act of irony? It's too well timed not to be.

If so, I have nothing but respect.

{Ed002's Note - It is no problem for me not to bother if it is all about to start again.}

1.) 16 Mar 2019 12:19:21
Don’t think he meant any harm Ed002! Nath has usually been a respectable poster!

2.) 16 Mar 2019 13:35:23
Sorry Ed, it was a well intentioned joke nothing more.

23 Jul 2018 12:20:09
Can any of the eds firm up the Martial to Chelsea gossip?

It sounds like lazy journalism but I like the idea at least.

{Ed001's Note - he has been offered around, I don't know of any interest in him at the price being asked.}

1.) 23 Jul 2018 16:32:45
strange that united apparently blocking a move to Chelsea.

2.) 23 Jul 2018 16:33:03
especially the fact we sold them to mata an matic.

3.) 23 Jul 2018 20:10:52
Thanks ed.

I would be concerned by his attitude anyway.

06 Feb 2018 08:58:18
This site is becoming too poisonous, the team weren't good last night, but the sending off was harsh and everything else was as a result.

Conte needs to be more of a positive influence, and he'll probably go at the end of the season but that's not a reason to slag off all the players, many of whom have been stand up for seasons.

{Ed002's Note - It is the ignorance of the modern day fan Nath. The majority who do nothing but abuse players, the coach and the board know nothing whatsoever about the club or what is going on. It is absolutely laughable and getting more and more embarrassing. They are happy to drag the site down and will go elsewhere after they have been removed from here.}

1.) 06 Feb 2018 09:10:56
Ed02 I agree, albeit your return in the summer might change the emphasis of this site? It used to be excellent. Any chance?

{Ed002's Note - It is not worth it Nath. My explaining what has been going on and what is still going on regarding transfers will simply result in abuse.}

2.) 06 Feb 2018 09:17:39
Okay ed, for what it's worth there's still plenty on the other rumours sites to enjoy.

{Ed002's Note - Good.}

3.) 06 Feb 2018 09:31:01
Nath, I agree that no supporter should be slagging off players (or Ed002) unless that player is obviously not trying. But I don't think the sending off dramatically changed the game last night - we were being overrun by Watford anyway and didn't look as if we had any idea as how to counter them. Babayoko needs to be sidelined for his own sake - his confidence is so obviously shattered that to play him is just extending his nightmare - Bakayoko's evening consisted of 7 touches, 7 times lost possession, and 2 bookings (both harsh by the way but that's Mike Dean for you) .

4.) 06 Feb 2018 09:34:35
Ed002 what is going on at our club

I know you don't want to divulge in transfers but why are we so clueless as to what's going on
Why not tell us is there something major going on or not
I don't want to be rude but you have attacked us on here a couple of times now in the last week
Why not give us mere mortals some insight to what's going on and shut us all up
The site works both ways and could make us more insightful and less negative with snippets of info t.

{Ed002's Note - I have zero interest in explaining what is going on with the club or any other transfer information. The Chelsea page has been completely consumed by the vegetables now, as was evidenced from the trash filling the pages last night - and most of it was actually deleted rather than posted.}

5.) 06 Feb 2018 09:50:20
Fair dos.

6.) 06 Feb 2018 11:39:32
I think as fans we all tend to overreact when results are poor, however I cannot understand why so many fans want Conte out, remember how both Mourinho and Guardiola did last season in the league and how well they are both doing now. That comes from sticking with your managers when things are hard. Football works in cycles and you have to have faith that things will get better. They usually do.

7.) 06 Feb 2018 13:09:56
With all due respect Ed002 and I stand corrected; I feel that fans will continue to be ignorant of what happens at the club but like the board and the coach, fans also want good results. It's not right for any fan to talk bad of the coach or the board when the club is in a situation- but like the coach or board will try to remedy a bad situation at the club: A fan feels he can change the situation by talking (which can sometimes end up hurting the coach or the board) .

The coach, the board and the fans are all trying to protect their happiness but their approach are all different. So I won't blame the fans completely cos all the marathon is to entertain them and when you scratch a man where he doesn't feel itchy, most times they react.

{Ed002's Note - And that may be true but it is not like that on these pages - all of the toxic ignorant morons do no more than troll the site.}

8.) 06 Feb 2018 13:14:18
MDW I tend to agree with you on most things and yes Baka could benefit from a rest. He was poor last night.

But slating Cahill etc is shameful and pointless.

We'll be back, we're still top four and there will be a plan in place.

9.) 06 Feb 2018 14:39:23
Well said Nath and I fully agree about this site being trolled and made toxic. It is obvious who the trolls are as well. Real shame.

10.) 06 Feb 2018 18:12:54
I have read above, however I feel some of the players last night were very poor. Not only in there play but attitude. That being the case we as supporters should be able to be critical
The trouble is people post in anger ie having just watched what can be called an abysmal performance. So they react and maybe go over the top with there posts. But some of the performances last night were nothing short of awful.
Suffice to say players need to look at themselves and possibly have a team meeting and sort it.
The problem is there isn’t a JT or Frank to take hold of them, I think that is part of the problem. They would not have tolerated the last two performances.

11.) 06 Feb 2018 18:13:27
Do we know how long Christianson is out for.

12.) 06 Feb 2018 20:59:40
As frustrated as I was last night and in a lot of performances this season and conte seeming to take dogs at everyone at club. if players knew hat he is staying and they would be cashed in then maybe . maybe things would be better, it’s the cycle of the club and will happen to the next manager and one after.

13.) 07 Feb 2018 02:58:24
Conte is a Genius but like every genius he is a bit mad- Pirlo

Conte is great at building teams and winning titles but when things don't go his ways he becomes bit eccentric.
This has always been his problem in the past. In Juventus he famously quoted " you can't dine in $100 restaurant wearing $10 suit". This was said criticising juventus 's lack of spending. Two days after he parted ways.

Now similar story is playing out at Chelsea. He is disgruntled with mediocre buying of the board. Having said that we all know the spending power of Chelsea is greatly reduced by this so called financial Prudence. The club now clearly want to buy young players cheap and sell on a profit. Hence the bakayoko, Barkley, Emerson etc.

I am following Chelsea since 1999 and can't comment on the era before that. But this Chelsea side is used to winning and I can't fathom the lackluster attitude of players. Losing is fine but not trying to win is .

Squad needs rejuvenation and motivation. I am not sure Conte can do that but if he turns this around then I am sure we will achieve something great this season. A champions league perhaps😀 hey a fan can always wish.

Sorry for the long post.

PS: I am not a troll😂.

14.) 07 Feb 2018 17:56:29
Am I the only one who thinks that Chelsea's January spending was an incredible achievement - to get Barkley, Emerson (who I think we'll all be amazed that he was so cheap) and Giroud for an outlay of approx £40 mill - wow!

15.) 07 Feb 2018 21:10:10
MDW, I totally agree.

Just been on the interwebs.

There's a bus from Lyon to Monaco abs then on to Sevilla.

Only takes a couple couple of days and Marina can expense some pringlesal and a martini of she's lucky.

All sorted.

1.) 18 Aug 2021 20:54:18
I don’t understand your post Nathswindon; what do you mean?

2.) 19 Aug 2021 00:43:03
Pick up tchoumeni then onto kounde then finish up at London. Long drive but would save on fight costs.

3.) 19 Aug 2021 08:13:55
The only signing that make sense is Declan Rice and it seems that is not going to happen this summer.
Kounde just maybe.

4.) 19 Aug 2021 09:32:18
I read Chelsea have recently made fresh talks with the reps of Tchouameni, whether there’s substance to it or a deal coming to fruition, I can’t tell; but Kounde and Tchouameni in our team would make a lot of sense this season. Once Zouma leaves, Kounde should be a no brainer but Chelsea needs a CDM that can play in the first team and that has to be a player like Rice or Tchouameni.
Pape Matar Sarr, Moriba and Arsen Z. are all good players but I don’t know how well they might do if brought into the first team; however, the decision is up to Chelsea- if any of them- three is capable of playing in the first team.

15 Jul 2021 11:42:17
Sky Sports are reporting that a player + cash offer for EH has been declined.

The report says that the offer was either Tammy or CHO tro be included in the deal.

Can I ask, would this deal be offered without agreeing with Tammy / CHO first, or can we assume that they have agreed in principle?

1.) 15 Jul 2021 12:30:56
I’m not sure I trust the Sky information but I hope it’s the start of any process rather than the end.

05 Jun 2021 10:26:57
I cannot help but think that there would be some options that might be both realistic and good value that we're not talking about.

Haaland / Lukaku / Kane all seem quite unlikely.

So who do we think are the options?

I've no idea if they're realistic, but what about.

Jovic / jim/ Andre Silva / Jiminez

1.) 05 Jun 2021 10:41:48
For strikers we can look at Darwin Nunez, Alexander isak as realistic options in my view.

2.) 05 Jun 2021 10:55:24
I'll take a look. Never heard of Nunez.

3.) 05 Jun 2021 11:33:30
If Raul Jimenez never had that injury he’d be a perfect guy for us. But now is too much of a risk.

I think we’ll end up going after Vlahovic from Fiorentina but I’m still hoping we can pull it out the bag with Haaland.

4.) 05 Jun 2021 11:45:49
Vlahovic is another nice option. But my concern with all 3 has been they don't play with their back to a defence. Most of the goals they scored are in from what looks like counter attack and against defence which gives them space to run in behind. But what we need is someone who can also hold up and bring other attackers into play especially against teams which are going to sit back. Also none of the highlights I have seen of them indicates they have physicality to fight for headers against those teams. I could be wrong. Ed001 could you please help us here? Thanks.

{Ed001's Note - I haven't seen him play yet, but he is on the profiles list.}

5.) 05 Jun 2021 12:46:53
Looking forward to your profile on all the 3 striker options ed001. Enjoy reading your piece. The one's on full back and Leeds United were magnificent 👍.

{Ed001's Note - thank you Mad, I really appreciate that!}

6.) 05 Jun 2021 12:51:23
I just remembered and had a quick search and found it, I did do a profile on Isak last year: Alexander Isak profile. So a little bit out of date, but not too much.}

7.) 05 Jun 2021 13:03:13
Mad blue I take it you’ve clearly never really watched Vlahovic play properly then. If anything his link up play and aerial ability is what sets him out from the rest. He’s also very aggressive something which I like in a striker not like a Morata type. His decision making and pass him let’s him down from time to time but he is still young.

If anything he reminds me of Mitrovic who hasn’t turned out as good as first though but he is a goal scorer.

8.) 05 Jun 2021 13:04:33
Again a wonderful piece. My worry has been confirmed. He is not a CF with heading abilities. But lot of wonderful things there.

Keep up the good work🙏.

{Ed001's Note - cheers Mad!}

9.) 05 Jun 2021 13:39:02
Munich mate. I did say I haven't seen a lot of these strikers. But I commented from whatever I have seen. But I take your word on vlahovic and will wait for ed's piece too.

10.) 05 Jun 2021 13:45:54
Nath never heard of Jim, is he Fred’s brother
? 😀.

11.) 05 Jun 2021 14:34:16
Jim's the best of the bunch! Definite Van Basten in the making.

Ha ha.

12.) 05 Jun 2021 14:37:14
For what's worth Vlahovic looks like a natural fit.

He already plays in and generaly leads a high press.

He's 21 and physicaly appropriate.

I think Liverpool are hot for him, but he feels like a Chelsea player in the making.

13.) 05 Jun 2021 15:20:29
As I mentioned some time ago and on another posters recommendation I looked up Vlahovic.

He looks a real handful and a bit of a beast.

14.) 05 Jun 2021 15:50:10
I am hoping we pull the vlahovic rabbit out of the hat if we are not getting haaland.

15.) 05 Jun 2021 17:09:44
Vlahovic could be a very shrewd buy I thought that of Luka Jovic two years ago and he’s been nothing but a dissapointment since.

It’s his aggressiveness is what I think makes him different.

16.) 05 Jun 2021 21:36:17
Darwin Nunez is a very good shout besides I don’t think Benfica has a cheap release clause on clause, fine striker- he can even be as good as the tier-A strikers with one or two years experience in the European top leagues.

16 Feb 2021 10:24:24
Players that have improved under TT.

Players not playing well (or not playing) .

1.) 16 Feb 2021 10:43:45
Not sure how many minutes Havertz has had under TT but I would hope he would improve otherwise he would be a complete dud.

You could add Kepa to the list of improvers. I don’t think Tammy has improved.

Pusilic and Ziyech are out of form but both have had injury issues.

{Ed002's Note - Havertz is injured..}

2.) 16 Feb 2021 11:10:17
It's the reason we are winning matches again.
Tammy and Mason are on a par with the last regime Jorghino looks a different player, Havertz has been injured for weeks as Ed002 says.
Ziyech looks out of his depth Pulisic is the real puzzle and one we need to solve.

3.) 16 Feb 2021 11:41:39
Nathswindon; do you question Jorginho’s improvement under TT? I don’t quite agree with you on that.

4.) 16 Feb 2021 11:51:01
Rudi- jury is still out. Next 4 games would tell more about him.
Azpi, Alonso &jorgi - struggles against pace which has been their problem earlier as well. Alonso still pops in with goals which is good but doesn't mask his issues.
Others bar havertz I agree on as improved since lamps.

Chilly, pulisic form has been a concern for sometime. Ziyech and kante are back from injuries and are yet to find their feet. Zouma is a bit of a surprise. I didn't see any larger concerns when he played. May be a victim of the new formation.

5.) 16 Feb 2021 11:57:33
Havertz is injured for those that are not aware!

6.) 16 Feb 2021 12:03:19
How many minutes has he played under TT?

7.) 16 Feb 2021 12:12:06
Zouma - Chilwell - hasn't been given a chance under TT . can't JUDGE.

Pulisic is a quality player he will come good. Still young. when he gets into some sort of rhythm he gets injured, which doesn't help.

Ziyech- for is the one that needs support- he stroll around the pitch like he doesn't care. Could be an attitude issue but not sure. Looks lost. Some people would say the same about Havertz but for me Havertz at least tracks back and puts effort into the game making a few good defensive tackles, where as Ziyech doesn't. Also playing this formation we may have to many false 9 or number 10s.

Kante - TT loves him but he has come back from an injury and JORGINHO AND KOVA have been playing well so hard to put back in at the moment. not saying I wouldn't want him too over JORGINHO.

8.) 16 Feb 2021 12:13:57
This is a diffiult one because again I'm struck by how short our collective memories are. The point -as you rightly say Strasbourg - is we are winning 'again'.

The thing is that we beat top teams last season, got a top 4 place and got to an FA Cup Final. Earlier this season we had a run of 16 or was it 17 games without defeat (so we still have a way to go with this latest run to match that), and we moved to the top of the league. In that period many in the team were playing well, and we know how good Kova was for much of last season, he was our player of the season of course!

Werner played extremely well for quite a few games at start of the season, with goals and assists. Then came the string of poor results. So I would say that it's not so much that TT has improved players - most had shown they were good last season, or earlier in this one - but that he has restored their confidence and overall team/ squad morale again by putting another winning/ undefeated string of results together. Would make an exception in case of CHO who has improved under TT by getting extended game time. But likes of Dave, or even Rudi and AC (in patches! ) had been good before, and Rudi has had a few wobbles under TT of course.

TT must be credited though for results he has achieved by changing back to a back 3, tightening our defense, and having trust in out of favour players - for much of this season before he arrived - like Alonso and Rudiger. And getting then players to believe in what he is doing and getting results, this is tricky in the EPL as we know all too well even when against largely weak opposition. Long may it last.
But like Tom and am sure many others on here, I've been around the block enough times as a CFC fan over many years to know that confidence can be a fragile thing, that teams often go through cycles of good runs and poor ones as we we have this season. Blimey so many teams have this season!

And so while hoping for the best I am warning myself not to be too carried away. yet!

But for now I am delighted and excited that we/ TT are getting good results, - again, long may this last! - but there are much tougher challenges ahead in teams we will be up against and we still need to improve a great deal in fluency and craetion of chances - and taking them as TT has openly said. KTBFFH!

9.) 16 Feb 2021 10:48:30
That’s my point Ed.

10.) 16 Feb 2021 12:36:27
I agree with that summary Nath, Havertz has been injured but I'm sure he will improve us going forward. Kante will play in the bigger games to give us more protection. Werner is looking really sharp and think he is getting his confidence back. James will play in the bigger games as well. Mount and CHO need to add more goals to their games and Pulisic will come in at some point. Kovacic has been a revelation and if he can add goals will be awesome. For me the player who doesn't fit at present is Ziech, but Tuchel is a top coach and will no doubt have a plan for him as well. I think the future looks bright with the talented squad we have plus the young players coming through being coached by a very experienced, articulate young manager. I think we have a chance to challenge at the top table again going forward.

11.) 16 Feb 2021 12:42:00
Wheely and JBS, very enjoyable posts lads.

12.) 16 Feb 2021 14:28:58
I hope so G8.

13.) 16 Feb 2021 14:53:16
Good discussion.

I know Havertz was a dodgy call, but he did look more free in the minutes he had.

Regardless of the reasons, certain players (Azpi, Rudi) have improved (personally I think that the system change suits them) .

I remain worried about Zyech but I think Chilwell will adapt (he's a good player) and I think Puli is being protected, as he looks imbalanced physically and I suspect they are trying to correct this long term (I'm qualified to make a judgement on this) .

14.) 16 Feb 2021 15:07:39
Great response JBS, I agree with all of it.

One thing that is helping TT in this favourable run of games is that he is playing to get results, nothing more and nothing less. It's not about improving anyone in the middle of the season, cementing a certain kind of style of play and promoting academy players into the team. He wants to get a top 4 finish and he is doing that. I am ok with that and as I have said many times, you can't really judge him that much, even if he doesn't get top 4.

P. S: really guys? Rudi improving? 😅 You don't remember his recent OG?

15.) 16 Feb 2021 15:45:31
Ash Rudi has been vastly more disciplined and decisive regardless of that goal.

TBF he was very poor prior to this.

I do agree that there's been an easy run. But players have improved.

16.) 16 Feb 2021 16:12:36
Very slightly Nathswindon. The thing is we haven't really played against an attacking team that puts pressure on us, none of them really done much.

Another point I want to make is that we are 2nd in terms of shots on target against us. So we weren't terrible defensively before and there haven't been good tests to measure any kind of significant improvement.

17.) 16 Feb 2021 16:56:04
Ash good points.

However, watching the games we appear to have more control in midfield as well as looking more dangerous.

We shall see of course and whilst I thought we should have stuck with Super Frank I'm confident that TT is doing a good job.

18.) 16 Feb 2021 17:37:48
I want to get good results as well Nath and TT is doing just that.

09 Nov 2020 13:03:44
So thinking ahead.

Who do we think it most saleable (and disposable) assets are?

There's a few players of value.

Barkley looks great at Villa, could go for a real profit

Jorgi might suit another League

Rudiger is clearly a possible sale

Emerson or Alonso

Kepa probably would be too great a loss at the moment.

1.) 09 Nov 2020 15:53:35
I don't think Jorginho is going anywhere. Played in all but 1 Prem/ CL games this season, starting 8 of them too. Lamps likes and wants him, imo.

Jorginho rudiger emerson alonso lifted cheek Barkley giroud, Michy Moses will bring in some good money and interest, kepa will be tough, who wants a keeper that low on confidence for the price we’ll want,
Not so much January but looking ahead
WINGER ( back up / competition )
STRIKER ( back up / competition )
LEFT BACK ( back up to chillwell )

I’d like to think we can look within club for positions too.

3.) 09 Nov 2020 18:27:48
Possible addition in not too distant future might also be a back up keeper for Mendy but possibly hope is to get Kepa loaned at least beforehand. But would even a loan be possible?

Depending on RB form and behaviour perhaps he still has a future at CFC. Perhaps Jorginho will stay and je has had sone good games and Ziyech looks as though he can continually provide the kind of passes Jorginho seldom manages. Jorginho can offer experience and ability to help ball retention in tight spaces. But jorginhos lack of pace/ athleticism and how he looks fragile defensively obviously remains a worry.

4.) 10 Nov 2020 07:41:51
I think all of those listed above will be off in permanent deals by the end of next summer.

Barkley playing well at Villa, but that's probably the right level for him. Not quite good enough to consistently get into a team looking to get top four, but needs to be in the team most weeks to stand any chance of consistently performing.

The switch to a midfield three signals the end for Jorginho.

Ampadu for DCM, Maatsen for LB, Gallagher for CM, Sarr for CB. I'm not seeing too many positions where we can't fill from within, other than another winger and / or striker. Especially if Hudson-Odoi and / or Giroud were to be added to those who move on.

5.) 10 Nov 2020 12:40:31
I think Jorginho's time will be up when Ampadu comes back or we sign Rice as there's no need for him then.

Barkley, Giroud, Emerson, Alonso and Christensen could all be moved on next two windows. Barkley would be a coup for Villa or someone like West Ham.

Kepa is one of them where we grit our teeth as we're probably never getting anything back for him loans is the only option.

He's a 'phwoar' on YouTube but that means nothing.

The Hungarian Centre Half is also a little tasty (huge and fast) on YouTube.

If it's Thai sticky I'm into Rice.

Yes overhyped. I think there's some recency bias at play. He's been great this year but I'm just saying that we should not be held to ransom.

Against Walford we saw him under pressure, and I thought he let Lamps down. He's had periods of injury also.

He's good but not great.

Unpopular opinion. Rudi is a little over hyped.

I know that this won't go down well, but he's poor without protection and has quite the injury history. Keep him if we can on OUR conditions.

Dave is staying put as is Thiago.

Ha ha ha, good come back.

Allison still the equal best in the works for my money. And Mendy also underrated.

Pleasant enough.

I agree mostly.

Mendy can come for crosses despite being a 'back up' which is more than can be said for some this weekend. #justsayin.
