That would be a brilliant acquisition, the pairing of Rudiger and Upemacano would strike fear into the hearts of most teams. If this does actually happen, then I assume that Christensen will be leaving?

If this has come from Carefree Youth, he was talking about Aubameyang putting a transfer request in after the game. The account always puts mysterious posts up and the rumour mill goes crazy before they state what they meant.

I agree with J and don't think Upemacano is likely in January (and don't think was on Ed002's list) . Would guess Ake and perhaps Sancho possible in this tricky winter window, but Ed002's list of possibilities (my thanks added to those of others for this) of course the best guide as always to what might or might not happen.

Why would we want Ake? He’s not an improvement on what we have. Upemacano is available for €40m, and is tipped to be one of the best defenders in the world.
