Lots of talk about Chelsea's interest in Wilfred Zaha; tbh, I prefer Chelsea buying back Jeremie Boga than buying Zaha. Thoughts?

Boga's only now having his breakout season, it'd be foolish to buy him so he can be a backup and i don't think he'd want that either. Zaha's a PL proven player and i know a lot of people on here don't rate him which is fine but i feel in a better team he'll look much, much better. As long as the price isn't too high i'm all for Zaha, and of course as long as getting Zaha doesn't mean no Sancho.

Besides, i agree that Boga would be perfect for 2020/ 2021 or 2021/ 2022 season; but I have to say that there's, quite a lot of interest in him at the moment.

If the buy back fee is as has been quoted we would be stupid to not take the chance of re signing him.
I can't see us signing Sancho at the figures being quoted either now or in the summer and Zaha is massively over priced as well.

I have no problem with zaha, I have a problem with £80m price tag, Willian and Pedro I imagine will probably leave Jan/ summer, so we’d need two wingers, zaha would do better in a better team no doubts, it’s just the fee attached to him, also depends if it would end interest in sancho, if so then leave him, Ed’s said it was only frank who was keen, so doubt anything to it.

Lots saying we’ve stepped back a bit on sancho because the price and will try or continue talks for summer move, that pretty accurate or chelsea hopeful of getting fee lowered,

Well Ed 002 I suppose it would depend how confident he was in his ability to compete with CHO who isn't a guaranteed starter himself yet.
People always say you need competition for places.

We don’t want Zaha. I can’t stomach his big eyes near enough crying about every tackle. And what’s he bring? Not goals that’s for sure.

Good morning Ed002; personally I want Sancho and I don't want Zaha especially at the price (that I read) that is being quoted about him; please Ed sorry if you have answered this question before now; in spite of the fee quoted for both players, I know Lampard likes both players and both players would like to play for Chelsea; is Chelsea looking to sign either or both on the short term or long term in other words, does signing one mean we won't sign the other?

If we had the option this summer of signing just one of Sancho or Werner who would fans pick and why? I think I'd lean to Sancho but I don't know why. Sancho is a creator but Werner has 6 assists this season for a striker which is brilliant. I think Werner would be a fantastic signing and I'd like to see him play as a winger alongside Tammy instead of him. I think Tammy is fantastic and will only get better. Wener could play either role on the wing. His assists make me think he doesn't just rely on pace either.

Werner all day long. I just don't know what people see in Sancho - we have CHO who is in the same mould and just as good if not better - and at 120m has to be a joke. Werner is going to be World class and can play across the front line. Ps I don't think we have any chance of getting Werner - he will go to Bayern.

Werner is a striker who can play wide but will always be a striker, just one who drifts wide and runs behind, sancho is an out and out winger, perfect 1v1 and like sterling has a knack of arriving from the back to get a tap in.

Have to agree Matt I think Sancho edges it because of his 1v1 quality like Hazard had and that’s what we’re missing. I’m a massive fan of Werner and his pace the thing that worries me is if he would be able to break down low blocks against smaller teams. Obviously a goal scorer but don’t know if he’d be able to utilise his pace as much. He’d be great against the top 6 teams and other games away from home though.
