Ed RJ28P's question must be because some internet trolls are probably writing all sorts of stuff about how aweful a coach they think Lampard is.
I think that Chelsea as a club is moving in a very healthy direction, which will take time. In my eyes, Frank is the perfect manager for this.
He can only act from outside the pitch, and he has shown - for instance against Arsenal - that he is willing to change things during a game, when he realises that he's got the tactics wrong. He is a manager in the process of learning, and we would be stupid to let him go, so I'm glad that that doesn't seem likely in the future.
