Johnny Evans, Phil Jones. ? We're not Sunderland. ! Look we've obviously all had a drink so let's just put this down to a moment of madness. We all say things sometimes that we don't really mean.

Is this jose mourinho. ? He is the only person I can think of that may think Phil Jones is a good fit for chelsea right now but only because he needs to ship the freaking helmet out of his squad and he knows that chels are going to be right up his arse this year so he needs to throw in a couple of cheap tricks to weaken his " previous club" . That's what he calls us these days by the way just in case anyone hasn't noticed.

Poor first 80 minutes but who cares when you can have a last minutes like that! Batshuayi and Fabregas both brilliant when they came on! Makes a nice change to have a manager who makes effective substitutions after our nightmare with Hiddink's subs! 2 games and 2 late wins, not blitzing teams but definitely got the spirit and passion there! Can't wait for next match.

OK guys where we would all love top rated defenders from all around Europe it seems rather unlikely that's not happening unless we pay stupid amounts of money which in itself puts added pressure on players that haven't played in the premier league before'
What would peoples thoughts be on going in for the likes of Jonny Evans who had a great season and Phil Jones who can play along the back line it would give us a year to get Kurt fit get Christianson back maybe get our youngsters some minutes and look at Nathan ake getting back in the squad .

My thoughts are that Johnny Evans and Phill Jones names should never be used in the same sentence as Chelsea FC ever again!

The only time I want to hear their names said in connection with Chelsea is if they're scoring an OG when playing against us.
Phil Jones is Bambi on ice and his inability to tackle has lead to many hilarious situations where he's thrown himself to the ground in order to stop a shot when a simple tackle would have sufficed. I believe it was last season, where he dived to block a shot and wriggled like a worm in order to attempt to head the ball whilst lying prone on the ground. Such manoeuvres are also likely the cause of his many injuries over the years.
As for Jonny Evans, for a player that has been around as long as he has, he still seemingly has issues regarding positioning and would likely need Terry alongside him to tell him what to do imo. And the thought of a CB pairing of Terry and Evans fills me such a pit of despair in my stomach.

Ok guys and girls. what are we predicting for todays game. I liked what I saw against west ham but need to kill the game off. I am betting we do that today but still think we will let one in. i'm going for a 1 - 4 win for us. Hthink cesc will start today and hopefully pick out those killer passes. Would like to see a couole of youngsters get 20/ 30 mins if we can put the game to bed.

Don't think we've got enough goalscorers in the side to be winning games 4-1. I liked how solid we looked though so I'm going to go for 2-0 with Diego and Eden on the scoresheet.
