Absolutely gutted Ake has left, honestly going to be such a good player and in my opinion was good enough To be a starter for us this season .

None of us here knows the team and players better than Conte and I believe his judgment. Every coach has his ideal players for different positions and Ake doesn't seem to match Conte's and that's it.
Besides atimes coaches are left with no option than to let go other players just to address other areas deemed more important especially when, as always, there's limited tranfer fund to buy their desired targets.
Lastly I personally think that Conte wants to build a squad in his own image. Pls guys let's trust the coach as he has done quite well to deserve it from both board and fans.

This transfer has made me feel sick . I like baker but if chalobah doesn't make it into the Chelsea team nor will he. So gutted as I genuinely feel this kid had the talent to be thrusted into the first team, and it's horrible to see a youth player who has been at the club since a kid leave when I thought he may of been given a chance.

Dembele and asensio would be my top targets over he next two summers to replace hazard if he left.

I agree I'd rather avoid Maghreb and Barkley at all costs . Ideally I'd have Alex Sandro then one of the ox or sergi roberto as the can cover the middle and rwb. In my opinion we don't neccasraily need Llorente as we have morata and batshuyai ahead of him . I think a forward like Keita balde would be much more useful . Can play in a two up front but also as a winger so would also be very good back up . Then keep boga and baker for cover aswell .
