Hierarchy question for an Ed. Would Chelsea wait on a manager to decide the direction of playing style or try to hire a manager that fits their current style (or abject lack of one)? Thanks.

Can you clarify what the meeting is about or why it is in Denver? Seems an odd choice. Unless you enjoy skiing.
