Canal Plus have announced they will not be paying the next installment of fees for covering Lique 1.
If this was replicated in other countries would this change the dynamics of the next transfer window in a significant way?

edd, s a question for you all. my question isn't i suppose wether chelsea do or don't want to sign him but what are your thought on umtiti as a player?
he looked class when france won the world cup he looked like he was a massive signing for Barcelona and a coup but is it me or does it seem like he's never hit the heights over in camp nou? i don't really mean he's been a total flop but he has seemed unsettled since early into his Barcelona career an just never seemed to hit the levels expected of him? is that fair to say?
If Umtiti was to move to the PL do you guys think hed fit into a pl team and the pace of the league or would he be likely to head to italy or psg or someone.
