We will end up signing a couple of players on deadline day that we have not even been linked too, everyone will say we are panic buying and they will end up being in the team of the season again. I'm not panicking one bit.

Exactly, remember when Fabregas came out of nowhere and was done almost instantly. Luiz happened within a day as well. Looking forward to who we get in.

2.) 27 Aug 2017 17:16:14
Inshallah 🙏🏻.

3.) 27 Aug 2017 17:54:20
Sanches on loan, drinkwater draxler ox, fairly realistic targets.

4.) 27 Aug 2017 18:09:41
Can't see the Ox coming - he wants centre-mid and he wants to play - Liverpool my guess.

5.) 27 Aug 2017 18:26:11
Oxlade-Chamberlain looked terrible today, of course Conte would improve him but Moses is 100 times the better player. Especially at RWB.

6.) 27 Aug 2017 18:55:09
Correct on both points Bobby. Conte will improve the Ox but has to choose between a Liverpool side who nowadays win nothing or come to the home of habitual CHAMPIONS!

7.) 27 Aug 2017 18:59:11
Moses would not get in another top 6 team.

8.) 27 Aug 2017 19:44:27
All about opinions Nibby! For what it's worth I think he is better than Walker and Valencia!

9.) 27 Aug 2017 20:43:29
Agree with that tomB, Moses gets in great positions but doesn't have composure, he had bit more he could add goals n get bit credit for his performances.

10.) 27 Aug 2017 21:03:59
Ox's versitility is the main draw.

11.) 27 Aug 2017 21:20:21
he can play wing back right wing or cm, would want him playing CM, would I want him covering for right wing back? Wouldn't mind, would I want him right wing over boga/ mushonda? No, his versatility is limited to where he can actually play. Only my opinion.

12.) 27 Aug 2017 21:57:23
The Ox has potential to be whatever Conte wants him to be!
It's all down how ambitious the Ox is? Does he want to be like several players in recent years who have left Arsenal over the last few years and join a club who win trophies or does he want to stay at Goonland or even worse join the scousers, and look back on his football career with no worthwhile medals?

13.) 28 Aug 2017 03:19:47
I think Ox comes to Chelsea.
I also think that he has the potential to give Moses a serious shake for that starting RWB spot if he wants to. Its clear now that Arsenal are only going down and that if he has ambition to win big trophies, he has to choose Chelsea.

14.) 28 Aug 2017 07:13:39
Yes please sign Ox!

Ok boys a couple of decision for Conte to make ahead of Tuesday night

1. Formation 3-5-2 or 3-4-3

2. Who plays in the middle with kante

3. Giroud or morata.

blinky

1.) 17 Feb 2018 00:36:17
• 3-4-3

• Luiz next to Kante

• Willian, Giroud, Hazard.

2.) 17 Feb 2018 08:08:09
That's 100% how I would go. Don't think luiz is fit tho and that's were we will struggle, cesc can't play in there unless in a 3 is Drinkwater good enough?

05 Feb 2018 18:10:58
Looks like we will start without a sticker again tonight I don't no how fit giroud is but if he's available surely he has to start we can't play with the same team as Wednesday night.

Hearing its going to cost Utd 110m all in for Sanchez? Behave! Would you all still be happy paying that? I know we do need to spend big to bring in world class players but that's ridiculous. Sanchez you greedy boy.

blinky

1.) 18 Jan 2018 02:03:29
who cares theyl probably make it back twice over in jersey sales.

2.) 18 Jan 2018 09:35:25
I thought the vast majority of money from shirt sales goes to the manufacturer not the club so they would have to sell a hell of a lot of shirts to even come close.

14 Jan 2018 19:39:02
I really hope we pull a rabbit out the hat and sign a world class player in january. I worry if we don't make it in the top four we would struggle to sign a world class player next season. Watching Liverpool and spuds they have so many goals in them, us on the other hand have three 0-0s on the trot.

1.) 14 Jan 2018 20:06:17
Seems as though right now that the only possible addition - on loan - beyond the bit if a gamble with RB (given recent injury) would be Andy Carroll. Of course he can offer strength in the box, EPL experience etc but I think that this is a key moment for the club - top four place at stake, but also sense of our future ambitions and whether latter might help persaude TB and EH to sign new contracts. So absolutely agree we must make every effort to strengthen squad and breathe life into ECL and EPL campaigns by signing likes of Sanchez (would be huge for us) with his proven quality. Him and EH in same side!

We desperately need someone to help add greater menace to our attack.

Disappointment with CFC form of alst couple of weeks made greater by watching what those ex-CFC players Salah and De Bruyne have brought to LFC and MCFC in terms of attacking flair and penetration, and we may well be in serious danger of not making top 4 if our dip in energy and form continues.

I asked about A. Carroll at the start of the season and was laughed at. Am I the only one that thinks its not the worst idea in the world. Bats needs game time and needs to be loaned we can't go spending 30,40,50m on a back up sticker and we can't replace morata half way through his debut season. We put a lot of balls into the box this season because of moratas heading ability, Carroll ain't half bad with his head either just think about that. This is just my opinion and will probs get laughed at again.

blinky

1.) 05 Jan 2018 14:57:24
What does Carroll add that morata doesn’t. both big and strong and good in air. morata obviously league above, Carroll as a plan B would be a downgraded version of plan A. Injury prone, and not like manduzik or dzeko that has real football intelligence ie movement etc,

2.) 05 Jan 2018 15:33:54
Only thinking if morata is injured we wouldn't have to change our game plan to much as they are similar players. I do get what you mean by a plan B needs to give us something different. Who should your ideal replacement for bats be? Because they is no way he can stay even when morata is injured he don't play.

3.) 05 Jan 2018 18:34:00
I would like Carroll to join us at the right price. He's a battering ram of a forward who can also add something different from the bench (unlike Bats) . But both Carroll and Barkley have spent far more time in the treatment room than on the pitch over the last few seasons.

Conte and that formation won us the league last year. The only problem I have is when we play the lower teams in happy starting with the formation but if things ain't going our way 3 centre backs seem to stay on the pitch when we don't need them, take one of them off and put a attacker on. If Conte was ever to leave at a long shot I wouldn't mind JT and lamps having go.

Does anyone actually want Barkley at Chelsea? I get he's English and we do need more English players, I for one would much rather go for west hams Antonio.

Your not bothered if we lose a champions league match as long as we focus on getting in the top four so we can be in the champions league? Sorry mate but I have to disagree, to give up and admit defeat before we have even kicked a ball is silly. This is a competition we have won before and should of won it more. Its the biggest club competition in the world and to be happy with going out in the last 16 is ridiculous. Remember we have knocked out a better barcerlona team than this before. Have a little faith.
