Not based on this match but I think we really need to find Willian replacement. Too busy and hardworking but next to zero productivity.

I think others including some of the Eds have said much the same. Work rate phenomenal but end product whether goals or crosses poor.

I think willian is best as a false 9 like he played at shahktar tbh. He's quick in getting a little bit of space for the shot.

I have a feeling that Ivanovic can do better than Cahil and Terry at CB position based on the current form of those two. maybe its something for Jose to try out. Surely something must change.

Not impulse. I have told you Jose will not change our situation but all of you are blinded by his created hype. he is not a good manager to build a team that can dominate or an a pealing brand. he is short term manager. told you we will not get top 4 along time ago. now wait for relegation fight if you guyz are still blind. he needs to go and now.

I do not agree with Jose treatment of Hazard and Matic. Though they are off form we have 2 worse players like Ivanovic and Febregas and never touches them. I honestly have big doubt we will make it to top 4. I have always said it Jose is not the manager to build a world wide appealing top brand club because of his type of football and his poor PR. You will also note that since he came we shifted most of our important purchase to 26yrs+ and this to me is a big problem as we all know unlike in the 90s player performance now is from 18-25 and decline starts from there. Also 26+ have no resale value and if it doesn't work out its total loss. How come some of the players he has let go seem to perform so well and yet his new acquisitions are fading after one season? Continue with what he is doing and Hazard is off to Madrid. There better way to defend than having 10 bodies in the box like you need to close upfield. Its an opinion do not kill me.

I don't want to argue about Mou. He let me down and until now I still see no good sign from our playing style. However, changing a new coach won't ensure that the performance would become better. The board have to be cautious in making any decision now. It could either rise team team spirit or let them down.

I just want to talk to somebody who always thinks that it would be SUPER easy for Hazard to go away from us. It never going to happen. I believe in Roman. If he let Hazard go, it would be a tooth for a tooth and we will take their best player in return.

Hi Daton. I tend to agree with you however some of us who are not in the UK can tel you that Mancity for example right now is having more new supporters joining than we do (acceptable because of new success and investment) but what makes me think our football philosophy and PR is not working even Arsenal is having far more than us in new fans recruit despite their abysmal success in the last 10 years simply because of the way they play. if we are to grow to an appealing brand (club) surely our football must change and unfortunately I don't see that changing with Jose. I know how much he is valued by CFC fans but guyz let us think of global brand and what it will/should be in 5yrs and over. With the kind of football we play, we would hardly fill the proposed new 60K seater.

3.) 20 Oct 2015 03:01:30
Just know this Eden Hazard is a gem! I think like Ronaldo Messi Neymar Muller Lewandowski Aguero its going to be impossible for Hazard to leave Chelsea before Mou! Abromovich would never allow Hazard to leave unless Bale or Ronaldo or Isco/James together would go other way! Just like Everton didn't let Stones leave would take a lot of money and players for him to switch. Mou is the best when he is on but this year his arrogance has taken the best of him and with no changes on the cards I see him out next year and PEP coming in for big money.

4.) 20 Oct 2015 15:12:37
It's well known that Jose Mourinho prefers ready to use players and personally I don't have problem with that.

I think it's broad day robbery even in currently inflated market. Nothing unique about the bloke.
The biggest problem for the team now is central defence. There is no way the current central defence can guarantee top 4.

No doubt he is an excellent player but still we think about buying all the time without using the resources we have effectively.
With some good coaching and trust Lukaku can easly be a world beater but once you bring in 27yr old you kill his development. TSO is not good in development of players. he works with established players.
For the DM position we have Luiz who can do it so well as we develop Chalobah, Raftus, KDN, etc (if only with proper coaching and trust).
I also think if we decide to buy then the priority is CM rather than CF. its where we struggle most besides all our attacking midfielder are good goal scorer.
Drop Lampard, play Luiz & Rami then mata, hazard and Oscar with any of the strikers.

I think people are looking for excuse but I did comment yesterday and previously that Emenalo had done well but the manager has been unable to convert the players bought. In the last 5yrs our signing have been with purpose for young and talented players. Most who have left have gone on to be big at other clubs and we have not made any loss before Jose came and started signing 26yrs+ player some of whom he has not even played. Danger of signing 26yrs+ is if it doesn't workout then you have a loss and less possibility of development. We have the best crop of young players in England. So surely its not Emenalo problem if the manager fails to harness the potential in these players.

I think you are not fair to Emenalo. We have had the best signing of players in the last 5yrs and to confirm this most have gone on to be big in other clubs and we have not made losses of these players until Jose came and started signing players without playing them. then he started signing player who are 26yrs+ with no resale value and less room for improvement.

I think it's contradictory to blame the director of football at the same time say Jose has let go of many good players. as we all know the Emalano was there before Jose came back. The problem is the manager and ealier the club wakes up the better. it's was not a good idea for him to comeback a lot of negativity to the club. And don't tel me I did say that last year because we won the league. I said it even before he joined. His game is outdated and new ideas.

I can not agree with you more than that. I have said it before. he can not build a appealing club/brand and without a lot of investment he tends to struggle.

@Goergebest - either its language problem or otherwise, how can you say his the best manager and then say he has failed to adopt and plays defensive/boring football, I find it contradictory.

For me I have always said it Jose is not kind of manager to develop an appealing brand/football club. He is short term kind of manager. A manager with a future in mind does not buy 25+yrs most of the time. Also you need very good PR to build a brand. You may say am pestimistic but champions league next season is very much in doubt.

He has no record in developing kids that's why I find it funny when some of you talk about RCL and rest succeeding under Jose, though I think the 3 player we have in RLC, Kennedy and Traore are hugely talented and with right coaching and gudance could be world beaters (not under Jose) .
