Mourinho's flaws have been exposed over time. I want to state clearly that Mourinho is not the coach we need to attain the heights we the Blues wish for. A look at players he had sold since his return, gives the impression that he only sells players who refuse to be limited by his style of play rather than on talents.

Again no team can achieve and attain the highest levels like Barca, Bayern, United, etc without bringing through young players and Mourinho will never do that. Players we buy as finished products are players given chances elsewhere rather than being more talented. Note that teams are not built around loan players and that's the reason we don't always see the best in our starlets outside.

I continue to rue missing out on Klopp to Liverpool as he could have got us so appealing given our qualities. Some now see Oscar as not being good enough, even Hazard will soon be doubted, but just wait until they leave Mourinho's team.

With all due respect, Mourinho is a quick fix solution and not a long term but we need long term to consolidate our status as the best club in the world. Another thing is that the very best players in the world do not come to us for football reasons as long as Mourinho remains our coach, like Messi, Neymar, etc. Pep is a must now.

I can not agree with you more than that. I have said it before. he can not build a appealing club/brand and without a lot of investment he tends to struggle.

Agree that Mourinho is not a long term solution.

However, this is his first try to stick together with a club. Maybe his long vision is not adequate for this but he's trying and he really loves the club. U can find a good coach, but its hard for u to find a good, successful coach that want to stick with a club for a long time.

Pep is also a short term coach. He won tittle, but he has never built an empire. He took the legacy of Rijkaard and Heynckes.

The real coach - manager that can build an empire in those recent years are Klopp (Dortmund) Joachim Lowe ( Germany) or Wilmots (Belgium)

@Daton, I think it's unfair to say that Pep inherited legacy of Rijkaard. He built a new team after letting off some big players like Dinho, Deco and Eto. Barcelona has always been at the Rijkaard level until Pep raised and sustained them above everyone else.

I bet Kingsley Coman would have been wasting on the bench had he came to Mou's team instead of Bayern. Let's accept that we share the same Blue feelings but he's not what we need.
