I think it's disrespectful and unprofessional that Chelsea have allowed conte to prepare and take first sessions when there trying hard to replace him,

I make no apology for being a Conte fan but I have to agree Matt the manager uncertainty in my opinion shows little respect to our current manager.
I suspect and have excepted that in all likelihood we will have a new manager for next season but the way the club appears to have handled the situation leaves a lot to be desired.

I imagine it’s a negotiation ploy. Don’t want to make us seem too desperate for Sarri. We don’t owe Conte any thing no in my opinion. Still paying his wage and will probably have to pay off his wages this year.

I’ve wanted him replaced for a while. His tactics were little dull ( which is fine when winning ) and he piblicy moaned about board ( he was right in what he said but behind closed doors ) but to have it up in the air like this and he prepare and is acting from what we can see very professionally, it’s disgusting from our board.

Hi have been an advocate that the manager situation will be resolved in time. However even I have had enough, come on Chelsea please sort this situation one way or another. I assume if conte stayed we will lose hazard as well as courtoise who I think is def leaving. But this delay is now seriously harming our potential to sign players. Nobody is going to come to a club not knowing who the manager will be.

Whether we wanted Conte for another season or not the handling of the manager role has been shambolic and they have shown little respect for Conte who put two trophies in our cabinet and all credit to the man for turning up and behaving as if nothing is going on around him. What the players must think we will never know.

My guess is the club can’t make any comment regarding Conte, Sarri or any other candidate as manager for legal reasons but my god, as a fan, this process has been painful and embarrassing.

How do we know that the club have not told Conte he is the manager for next Season? We don't. All this speculation about a new manager is just that. Speculation. Chelsea has a very clear track record of being decisive when it comes to sacking managers so why would that change now? It may well be that Conte remains, transfer negotiations are in place and we are ahead of the game? Again, we don't know. It might also be that Roman is negotiating to sell the club and the new owner has requested Conte stays in place until the deal is done!

Our club has a policy of virtually zero communication with us fans.
Strange how they are quick out of the blocks when it comes to season ticket renewal time!

What has that got to do with it Tom? The club do not need to discuss the manager situation with the press or fans. As to season tickets, of course communication is needed.

You are correct G8, communication surrounding season tickets is required and I do understand why the club doesn’t comment on the never ending transfer rumours.
I can also understand why the club can’t make a comment about the managerment situation.
I do have several issues with the club, such as, away supporters location, away ticket allocation, match program, club social media, CPO membership, and ground WiFi.
All of these things are trivial and personal but I’m a very boring old man, who on increasing occasions loses the plot.
