The league wouldn't be voided, so I'd imagine all games played would count and places would be decided on a points per game basis.

I have a question about Sancho if you don't mind answering. From what I've read from your previous posts on the site, is that he would be interested in a move to Chelsea or Madrid, but Chelsea will not pay the overall price for him.
Would Chelsea be more willing to purchase Sancho this summer if just the agent fees are lowered? Or is it the price BVB are quoting too high as well? Thank you for the info you provide daily on this site, it makes for good reading.
{Ed002's Note - It is the overall price that is the issue - Chelsea want the asking price reduced some and want the agent fees reduced to perhaps 20% of what they are now. The agent has come back several times with tiny changes - it is not going to happen.}

Disappointing we couldn't reach a deal for Sancho, what a player he is.

{Ed002's Note - I would not hold your breath. He was on a list of three or four Brazilian players Chelsea were asked to look at by a scout a while back. A scout for Spurs has been pushing for the club to take Gerson as an Ndombele replacement should they need to.}

Hey Ed002, mate hope you’re good and I’m sorry to hear about the abuse for the nth time during this time of the year.
I hope you wouldn’t mind me asking, I was wondering if/ when the Werner deal is complete do you think we would still go for a forward player this summer or does his acquisition mean we would only focus on the other position you’ve stated before (lb ). Obviously considering Willian and Pedro do leave for free.

{Ed002's Note - Well Pedro is going and there is no resolution in respect of Willian at this time. The club will not be left short of AM/W options and are continuing their interest in various players. Again much depends on departures.}

Whilst I think it's the best for him, it's a shame to see Pedro go - he's been a top professional for us. He has that vibe the influx of players we had in the mid-90's had, a kind of very grown up, professional persona that rose above some of the hijinks.
Good luck to him in Roma, shame we won't see him play again.
I'm maybe slightly less attached to Willian, but also another fantastic player for us over his career here. I can see why he wants his longer deal, but better players than him (Ballack in particular) fell foul of that policy.
