Adebayor is supposedly a summer target as AVB has realised that the shape and style of the team is better suited to a target man ala Drogba. Man City are desperate to offload the player and are willing to seel to a rival, with chelsea one of the few clubs able to afford his wages. He will not sign for Tottenham as they simply cannot do a deal.

Greetings from Australia ED...are you able to confirm Where Chelsea will be doing there pre-season tours for the next 2 seasons..thanking you..PS keep up the great work you are doing...it's much appreciated down here... {Ed002's Note - This summer will see pre-season games in the United States. Nothing is set for next year but China and Asia were discussed. Obviously there is much disruption this summer due to both the Euros and the Olympics.}
