Players i think could join use.

Jovetic, Fernando, Azpilicueta, Cavani or Higuain.

Throw in Lucas and Kagawa and think we'll be good to go.

I doubt they would join on top, i don't think we are even interested in Shinji Kagawa are we?

I think Higuain is the best one from these five players and he is a type of a player that chelsea needs because he is very strong he is very tall too so he can be useful with the header and he hasnt lacked techniqe and ball handle too so i think chelsea should pay a fortune to get him.I also think that Alexandre Pato from AC Milan is a player that Chelsea needs to keep an eye out and stop watching players like Fernando or others

Your such a stupid bl**p. I'm sorry for being blunt but people like you make me angry. A new keeper?! Cech has been fantastic for us in recent game and has played well most of this season. In fact i it wasn't for him we would of lost a lot more games than we have. Yes you can moan about how we've let in double the amount of goals we did last season but that's down to the teams performance not the keeper. Get off and go support City. The true blue want none of this fantasy buying and slagging off players because they had a average game. Joke.

I'd rather have Higuain for half the price of Cavani if we can do a deal not to go for Cavani, We need 2 proper wingers like when we had Robben and Duff and another creative midfielder to take the pressure off Mata.

Why get rid of terry and lampard. We are more solid with terry in the team. I agree lampard shouldn't play as much next season but getting rid of him would in my opinion be a mistake. He still scores goals a d his record for a midfielder is the best around.

Cech had a wonderful game against Barca, but has been quite average in the league, to be frank. It does not mean we should get rid of him. But he surely has to have a competition and rest, as well.

Cavani is so much more suited for our game than Higuain is. They are just as much alike as Drogba and Torres is.

We do not need a new keeper, we have Courtois and he looks like a very good young keeper!

As for JT and FL, they should stay.

Hi Ed do you think Lucas Piazon will be given more opportunities in the first team next season if Robbie stays in charge? {Ed002's Note - Put aside who is in charge, but he will likely be part of teh first team squad - with perhaps some time on loan.}

Ed, do you believe that Chelsea may consider Lucas Piazon as Lampard's future replacement? {Ed002's Note - It is not quite as simple as players being seen as a replacement per se.}

Do we have any intereset in Jovetic ed? {Ed002's Note - Arsenal did show previous interest, but both Chelsea and Napoli remain interested if and when he becomes available.}

Hi ED do you know if chelsea are linked with Iker Muniain? {Ed002's Note - Muniain was touted around the clubs on behalf of Bilbao - and the two clubs in England that were approached were Chelsea and Manchester United. The asking price was 40M euros. They won't get it because I don't think clubs would risk half of that on a player who is young and has had some off field issues. If the price comes down to a reasonable level I can see interest from several English clubs including Manchester United and Liverpool. Roma interest is still there and rumours abound of Juventus and Malaga interest but perhaps an eventual move to Barcelona beckons.}

Yeah he will fit in well at Barcelona won't he...

Ed, are Chelsea interested in Gaston Ramirez, possibly as the long term successor to Lampard? {Ed002's Note - As I have said previously Gaston Ramirez has been watched by Liverpool but I still remain unsure as to how strong the interest is from the club. This all dates back to before the January window and if the club were that interested then he was available in January for about 15M euro plus a signing on fee - but Liverpool did not follow up on their initial enquiry. However, Ramirez will move in the summer with interest being shown by Napoli, Inter Milan, Palermo and Juventus, who have made a firm offer. Unsubstantiated rumours suggest Manchester United, Manchester City, Spurs, Barcelona, Chelsea and Real Madrid are also interested. Sevilla were interested but I understand that Ramirez has no interest in such a move. At present, Napoli are very much favourites for his signature. Discussions have now taken place between Bologna and Napoli - adding to discussions that have taken place with Juventus. And Napoli are very much favourites for his signature at this time.
