I was hoping you could please provide some insight into the club's transfer policy in January, given the managerial change.
Primarily, I am interested to know whether Guus will have an input in potential signings or whether those decisions have already been made by others at the club.
I have read your answers to transfer questions for several years now and it seems to me that transfers are nearly always the product of long term interest and negotiations (although I am sure there are exceptions) . However, generally speaking would it be possible to identify new targets and complete successful negotiations at such short notice?

Really disappointing display from us today - too many individuals who are off the pace and appear to lack match fitness. Nevertheless, it's easy to over-analyse a run of poor form - let's hope we go back to basics against Maccabi Tel-Aviv! Winning the 50/50 ball and showing more hunger to regain possession following a turnover are improvements I would like to see as a fan.

Don't like the lineup. Soton are very strong. They'll overrun that team.

It's a time and attendance system. We've had issues with many of the first team not turning up.
