Hey ED, just wondering, if an agreement is made with Porto for Hulk whilst he is at the euro's could he fly over to have a medical and agree terms etc. Or would you expect him and the clubs to wait until after the euro's to confirm it?

Agree with the team line-up, maybe bring in Van Der Weil. Also Hulk isnt at the Euro's, Brazil is in South America.

hi ed, do you think transfer activity amongst the top clubs, including chelsea, will now slow due to the euros? I say this because players will be busy or maybe we are busy scouting them. what do you think? {Ed002's Note - It may make some difference.}

Does anyone agree with me that in Ramires we have one of the best central midfielders in the premier league, possibly in the world? (I don't mean first or second, but worldwide, definitely top 10 or so?)

I think he is without a doubt one of the most underrated players in the world by opposition fans, and is possibly the best buy we've made since Ivanovic.

My player of the season for last season, even better than Juan.

Ramires is one of the hardest working players on the team. He will play any position or play any way he is asked, simply a coaches dream. Very humble as well.

Does it matter if he is or he isn't? As long as he plays well for us that's all it matters.

I would take xavi, iniesta, fabregas, Alonso, possibly ozil, gotze, schweinsteiger, probably boateng, maybe Vidal, wilshere when healthy, toure, and silva if you consider him a midfielder. That's 8 certains above him and 4 players who are a push. Overall that's damn good company.

True that curt, agree with you on this one. TK mate, harsh if your gonna name players that are better than Rami . I'm pretty sure most fans of top teams (the likes of Madrid. Barca, Man u,city e.t.c)would put Rami in their dream teams ,some names on there did good for their teams like Rami did for us, you might have a point on some of the names though .But I tell you what we bought Rami for 18 mil, he took us to the champions league finals in that same game one of the names you put there Fabregas didn't play 1/ 10th of what Rami did. So if your gonna take Fabregas for example for twice of what we paid for Rami then go ahead, as far as I'm concerned Rami has to be one of the biggest bargains ever and last season was just a warm up you just wait and see, the fella gets better every game.

rami and toure are the only 2 in that list that will attack and defend and wont stroll around the pitch for about 60 minutes of a game looking like a lost cause

Jeesh the critical individuals on this site . Yes I completely agree most of the guys on that list are completely different from rami and I was a little bit skeptical last year over the price but that's already proven to be a great buy and prove me wrong.

Hey buddies,be prepared to get the sticks,i was just watching japan vs jordan,after 26 minutes,its japan 2-0 jordan,an assist and a goal from keisuke honda,just now jordan has gone down to 10 men,with a man advantage there is every possibility that KAGAWA might put in a decent performance which will get compared with HAZARD's against england!remember this is jordan with 10 men,that was england!
P.S Jordan are going too rough on the challenges,hope kagawa doesnt get injured and proveas early as possible, he is not better than hazard,as soon as the season begins!

Chelsea fans, let's be smart about this, odds are it looks like di matteo will get the job for another year, after reports coming out he will be offered the job.

he has already shown that his desired formation in 4-2-3-1.

Also with the transfers of hazard and marin coming in and the departure of Drogba and Kalou shows Chelsea are looking to strengthen their attacking line up.

Starting from striker, Torres looks like he will be our front man next year, with hazard and mata behind him, i think this could work, arguably i would prefer Cavani, but odds are, it isn't going to happen. a new striker will be bought in, personally i can see Jovatic being bought in, young, hungry and very promising, can also play behind the striker.With Torres, Jovetic and Sturridge the choice of strikers, not only is it very good, but also young. (expect Lukaku to be loaned out)

our 3 men behind the striker, now being honest i can see mata left hazard centre and a new man on the right, who that is, is yet to be revealed. but it will be interesting transfer market for us, looking like it could be Hulk, but Real Madrid look interested.
The debate whether hazard or mata should be centre, i can see hazrad having a free role, with mata covering him. for example Belgium Vs England, hazard had a free role, but did like to drift wide alot, which i think would let mata slip into the middle, where arguably, he is most effective.

the two behind the 3 is a tough decision, looking like we could bring someone in, i personally don't think we need to. i have a lot of trust in ramires and lampard and mikel now. mikel has been great since robbie took charge. Also youngsters mceachran and romeu the chance to shine would be nice.
who he picks, i personally can see a rotation between the three.

the defence is tough, cole cahill terry luiz ivanovic, and new rb, it will be interesting to see who we get, but either way, if our defence plays deep, we look solid at the back.

and for our keeper Cech, signed a new deal. No questions.
