Xabi Alonso signed new contract with Real Madrid. Guarin isn't coming as well.
There is serious possibility that Matic will go to Man.City-that is something Chelsea must not let to happen.
Xabi's situation has been explained, at length, by ed002 for a number of months. We were never in the race. Its the 9th of Jan, so I see no sense in your comment on Guarin, then again I see little sense in a lot of things you post.
Who cares if City get Matic? He is a great player granted, but hugely overhyped by posters on this page. If City want to spend £40m on a player who will play, possibly, every second game, I won't be fussed. As Ed002 has said we are working on targets. We will not pay above our valuation, which is absolutely fantastic. We will be fine, no matter what happens.
Please ness, stop reading rubbish rags. I come on this page so I don't have to trawl through the vast amounts of bs they publish. Relax, and wait til the window closes. Have faith in your club and your manager. Its frustrating seeing so little of it.

have never expected Alonso at Chelsea it was natural he will end his career at Real Madrid and if he any chance decided to end his career in England it would be LFC for sure. Simply Chelsea has missed to many good players in past several years. Ozil twice, Khedira, Y.Toure, Henderson, Fernandinho, Modric, Fellaini, Dembele, Cavani, Higuain, Falcao, Negredo, DiMaria, Isco etc. It's simply too much to lose Matic wherim back. If Man.City gets him they will have a long term replacement for Y.Toure and we won't be able to match them for 4-5years. So off course I am worried. Man.City is getting players they really need and Chelsea is simply tripling AM's like Willian signing. It's time to act now summer might be too late. Chelsea was in pole position to have hgh

Henderson?! Really dude?! And also its we've gotten our fair share of good players don't forget that. Plus I hardly think losing Matic would mean we would be behind city. Chill dude really. You're over reacting.
Hazard, Mata, Oscar, Ramires, Luiz, Azpillicueta, Courtois, Lukaku, Kalas, Piazon etc. etc. etc. (and before you mention the youth that are yet to get a crack, they are all better than Henderson, and your point is we aren't signing players we need.
Mate i'm not sure how much Portuguese football you watch (after your schurrle comments the other week, i'm going to assume none, but Matic ain't the best out there. As its been said on here before, he is a slightly better version of Mikel. If he was really that talented you think we would've sold him in the first place?
From the sounds of things you want us to sign every half decent player, no matter the price. You think if a player, any player, signs for someone else, we've missed out. What on earth would we do with Oezil? We have Oscar and Mata for that role already. He wasn't available until RM completed the Bale signing, and we didn't need him. Willian is a completely different player, and much to my surprise is doing a fantastic job.

Willian, Hazard, Dave and Terry have all been fantastic in the last 10 games.
Willian gives us pace and trickery on the wing something we lack apart from Hazard. Great buy.
