My team for next season...what your say??

Hope we dont get hazard, he has some serious attitude problems, rather have Hulk and Belhanda on the wings

I like this team more than the others. I think Romeu needs to get prime playing time. I also like Hazard a lot despite the attitude issues mentioned by the previous poster. I'm sure you could look at our stars and some of them aren't innocent in those terms. That being said were gonna struggle to get him with city throwing money around.

danny alves was playing as attacking right back and always looked like a right winger in the ties against us, we need a player like this, maicon or someone, then a cavani as a right sided forward, we wont get any of these though unless we are in the CL next year, would be nice to finish 6th and win the CL while spurs or arsenal finish 4th if you know what i mean

We should have opened up the bank and bought him years ago when he was plaeding for a move to chelsea. After we dropped interest cause of the price barca snapped him up. Proven to be worth that price tag afterall i rate.

Team I’d play against Bayern Munich…

GK) Cech :- Obvious choice, has looked like the old Cech since the first leg against Barcelona; good to see him more confident coming for the ball.
RB) Bosingwa :- He’s not my favourite player, I expect him to move on in the summer; but with Ivanovic out he will start this game.
CB) Luiz & Cahill :- God I hope these boys are fit for the game, if not what are the options with Terry and Ivanovic out? Romeu? Hutchinson? Essien?
LB) Cole :- Robben vs Cole is going to be one of, if not the, key battles of the game.
CM) Obi Mikel, Essien & Lampard :- We are going to miss Ramires, there is no doubting that. Obi Mikel has proved me wrong in recent weeks and put some good displays in. Thought about Romeu instead of Essien but the experience of Essien will be needed against the Bayern midfield; would be good to see the old bison back for this game. Lampard has been back to his best over the past couple of months and will captain the team in Terry’s absence.
RW) Kalou :- With the players who are out it’s going to be a massive team effort, Kalou does more for the team than Sturridge and will offer more help to Bosingwa against Ribery.
LW) Mata :- I’ve put him up as left wing but he will have to come inside and influence the game in the middle. Another option, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, would be to play Malouda on the left and replace Essien for Mata playing in a central position. Malouda accepts his defensive responsibilities and would help Cole out with Robben.
ST) Drogba :- What a swansong this could be for Drogba! He will be desperate to exorcist the ghosts from the final vs Man Utd. I expect him to bully the Bayern defence and ultimately win us the game.

Romeu can play as a center back but it is important for him and Essien to start against Liverpool along with Hutchison as we might well need them in the final to play in the defensive positions.

I'd put Kalou out on the left and sturridge on the right before putting malouda in.

I think Mata has to start through the middle! He gets very isolated out on the left. Start Sturridge and Kalou and Essien will miss out. Lampard and Mikel hold and Mata just in front. Also if one of Cahill or Luiz is not fit then my first choice would be Bosingwa centre back and Ferreira at right back. Not a fan of Bosingwa at all but did the job for most of the Barca game at centre back and had a very easy game against QPR there.

Really wanna hear opinions on the potential move away from Stamford Bridge. How would you feel about it?

If it brings us in more money then why not we need 65 thousand seater stadium, yes its hard 2 leave the bridge but if we cant extend we have to move

Battersea. Just think of it. That would be one of a kind. "An electrifying performance from the blues in former power station". That's a headline to start. It would be completely different level. And iconic filed from day one. I can sense that. I hope it materializes. I would have been happy with SB for years, but the sad reality bites. We have outgrown our house. It is like leaving your parents house when you out of school.

I think Sturridge would give the pace that we need, but I'm just worried that he will be too selfish and leave that right side quite vulnerable, as we all know Bossy isn't the greatest right back in the world. The only other option is push Mata on to the left, and then play Lamps in Mata's position and have Kalou on the right, which would allow Essien to come in and play alongside Mikel. I would would really love to see Torres start this one, but I think Drogba is the real big match player, so it would have to be him.

I would love your opinions on this Chaps!

We should try essien at right back. Jose has done it in the past and he would probably be better than Bosingwa. Probably anyone would. Of course it was in the days when Essien was a monster, which sadly he no longer is and hardly ever will be. Those knees suffered too much.
