Ed do you know of any interest in Hakim Mastour (excuse spelling) of AC Milan? Specifically if Chelsea have an interest in him?

{Ed018's Note - I have no idea on that one. He's just a young kid who I don't think Milan would want to lose}

I understand people really want Pogba because we'll he's Pogba but we do need more English players also. For me if Barkley has another impressive season he would be my number one target as he brings power and drive and a three of Barkley - Matic - Fabregas would be awesome. Really hoping to see Baker and Brown play capital one and fa cup games this year.

I'd rather Barkley. What we don't need at the minute is midfielders. Like you say another season for Barkley. See how it goes. We will have romeu back next season, plus baker and ake hopefully joining the first team. 60 million is a lot of money. Pogba all though amazing player not worth the money, plus his wages.

Agree0 Disagree0

Both Pogba and Barkley are home-grown. We don't need English players but home-grown ones. There's a difference. It might be nice to have more English players but we don't need English players.

I didn't understand why we don't go for Vidal. Obviously that we both interet in Pogba and Vidal. But when the chase for Pogba became infeasible, why don't we change to Vidal? He still young (27) strong, and defenitely a good player. And if we chase him, if can threat MU and be more competivety. Ut just like a one horse race for MU if they can persuade both Juve and Vidal.

Only thing I'm worried about Matt is the boring football we could well end up playing again this season.

You must only have watched a couple of games if you think we played boring football

Near the end of last season I pretty much stopped watching Chelsea because I didn't want to have a nap mid afternoon.

Agree0 Disagree0

If you don't like the football we why are you still supporting them woody? How about get behind your team & believe in mourinho because I'm sure he knows a hell of a lot more about football & how to manage a team than you do!

Agree0 Disagree0

We played boring football last season because we flopped trying to play fast attacking football. This season will hopefully be an improvement but I think it will still take time. We've got a more balanced squad, a striker who looks like they'll score more than 1 in 10 shots.
But don't expect to see us go gun-ho like Liverpool did last season. The only thing JM cares about is winning. Playing attractive football is secondary.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think teams knew they could sit and defend and if we got 3-4 chances we probably wouldn't take them, cesc and matic will start things of quicker which will give hazard Willian Oscar better one v one opportunities ( HOPEFULLY )

Just because I didn't like the football Chelsea were playing last season doesn't mean I should stop supporting them. I am fully behind the team but at the same time if Mourinho doesn't makes some changes in terms of tempo and utilising the fullbacks then it will be another painful watch trying to break down 11 man defences.

I watched every game of the season, at the bridge up at Stoke and Newcastle or on tv. I don't miss a game. We played boring football, slow laboured and lack of creativity. Ok the arsenal hammering we played excellent football. High tempo, quick closing down and attacking. When else did we play that? I remember hazard and co defending more than attacking. If we continue with this football with the players we have it's perfetic. Even hazard opened up about it. It tells you something.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ok firstly, mourinho said a hundred times the team will be better next year! I don't remember seeing hazard tracking back as much under Benitez? Last year was all about learning & growing as a unit! At the start of the season I think we played some superb fast free flowing football & still defended well, good things come to those who wait
