What does everyone make of Pardew to Palace?
Always have a soft spot for them as I went to university in Newcastle. Its weird, Newcastle are the bigger team but Mike Ashley must be a nightmare to work under
Well Newcastle may be bigger but I reckon your correct about the working under MA I don't think the manager is much more then a puppet at that club so I can see why he may want to go.

I think Jamie rednapp really hit the nail on the head when he said survival is the name of the game with current managers. At Newcastle he was always 3 bad results away from the firing line. Palace will be investing a decent bit of money in him (security) and as long as he thinks he can keep them up they are a better fit. i'm dissapointed that pulis is going to west brom as I really like him but not west brom.
