Vincent what does this have to do with chelsea (we beat them last year). I can only assume you are jealous of their winning ways and formula, well I am not I applaud there dominance and style. I for one would like my team to try and emmulate them not mock thyem just because they lost. very small minded think bigger, think I want my to be the best so we can be the ones beating them again not mocking from the sidelines

How would everyone feel if we approach David Moyes in the summer. I know a lot of people are hoping the speacial one returns, but, and it is a big but due to him being tipped for united. I think he would be a awesome long term manager. He would do wonders for the guys trying to break into the first team. As he has done for many Everton youngesters in the past. And his teams are always up for a physical battle. If he had the finacial backing that he would get at Chelsea, then he would with out doubt be a world class manager. And let's face it, there isn't too many of them keen to come to Chelsea.

Personally, I think it would ruin his career. So I wouldn't want him.

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't think he would be good for the kids. Moyes has a long history of developing players too hard which leads to them being injury prone and they also tend to peak earlier but also decline earlier. Overall there are much better candidates.

Tk is a mug.

Agree0 Disagree0

Tk is right it is very true

Agree0 Disagree0

If you think I'm a mug that's you opinion I just wish you would share your reasons.

Tk

Agree0 Disagree0

Firstly, TK not sure who called you a mug mate. Agree with about his youngesters getting trashed to soon and becoming injury prone. How ever I don't think that would be the case if he came to us, as he would have a bigger squad to pick from. Resulting in the youth being worked into the team and not just thrown in to play week in week out. Thanks for your opinion

dan {Ed001's Note - it is not their time in the team that injures them. It is the training methods he employs, they overstress a developing body, to the point it does long term damage.}

If Chelsea fail to qualify for next Seasons Champions League campaign, does anyone feel that Roman might look to sell up and move on? Only with the corrupt Financial Fair Play regulations coming into play and the lack of Champions League income it will prove very difficult to attract the players to rebuild a prem and european title challenging side. Roman isn't going to be content with just qualifying for europe like Arsenal so maybe He will sell up and cut His loses.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Erm. no, why would he do that?

Agree0 Disagree0

Nope, not for a second. What most fans of opposition clubs, the media and even some of our own fans seem to forget is that Roman is one of the longest standing owners in England. He has put provisions into place to make sure the club is in a good place for the future. Our academy has recieved level 1 status and is in its 3rd FA Youth Cup final in 4 years, while also making the NextGen series final, in its first attempt. The overseas sponsorship deals with Gazprom, Audi, Singha etc have us in a fairly decent financial position. CL qualification and progression is the one factor that currently turns our net loss into a net profit.

And while you, like many others have only just begun to give FFP thought, the club has been working towards a financially sustainable future for some time by putting our academy on the map, and beginning to buy quality young first team players (Luiz, Oscar, Mata, Hazard, Ramires, Azpilicuetta, Courtois, KDB, Lukaku) rather than the established names we saw in the past (Ballack, Deco, Shevchenko etc). Roman views Chelsea as a way to enjoy his money, while making a mark on a sport he wholeheartedly enjoys. We are not a stop gap for his next project. Rebuilding Chelsea from the ground up and having us as a consistent League and European force is his 'next' project.

Fans need to show some support and loyalty to a man who has shown it in spades to us.

Agree0 Disagree0

He's got to find a buyer. and with how much he has invested, the price won't be low.

Agree0 Disagree0

We can challenge anyone with the talent coming back from loan spells and getting rid of contracts like the one;s of Malouda, Lampard and Torres, so I should not really be worried.

You do realise that buying and selling a club isn't like buying and selling a player right?

Is Schalke's Drexler of interest to Bayern Munich?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Chelsea, Arsenal, United, City and both Milan clubs have enquirer and been told he isn't for sale. So much easier just typing his name (correctly) into the search engine
