I think thats fairly obvious, but certainly worth a risk at the price. Interesting that Eden has said Thorgan is the better player.

If Eden says he is talented i believe him, having a younger brother myself i know how hard it is to admit he is good at anything!

I'm not really sure what there is to lose. You didn't pay very much if he struggles and if he does well then you may have gotten a bargain. At the very least it will keep hazard happy which is easily worth the price you'll pay for thorgan.

We should sign Jordan Lukaku,

Romelu & jordan, eden & thorgan

As I posted with thorgan. He's not gonna cost much so if he struggles you don't have that much worry and if he does well you may get a bargain. Regardless of everything he will make his brother more comfortable which is worth his price tag.

I may be wrong but i believe a homegrown player must have played in the u.k for three years between the ages of 18-21

Haven't had a chance to see the game! Can anyone give an opinion. As to how Kane played?

Did what he does in the reserves. Took a couple of long shots (one came close) and in my opinion he done well. Looks a great prospect for the future.

Hazard and Marin linked up well and both showed good dribbling and ball control, especially Hazard, looks like David Silva but with more pace. Lukaku finished well but he needs to work on his off ball positioning and his first touch but promising definitely. I thought De Bruyne looked good, good first touch and good dribbling, passing was in consistent same with McEachran. I felt when the older players got on the ball Lampard/Mikel/Essein our play slowed down and was less threatening.

Defensively wasnt great but was a make shift back 4 and a sub standard gk.

Overall good attacking display and touch move passing.

He took a long distance shot which tested their keeper other than that, he didn't do much really.

Mikel had a absolute shocker tbh. New boys and youngsters all did well

I still maintain that if we want good attacking football next season Mikel needs to be kept off the pitch, he's slow, looks lazy, clumsy in the tackle and more often than not can only pass sideways or backwards, I'd rather see Romeu or Essien (if he can stay fit) play. People keep saying Mikel was great at the end of last season, so does that mean these people are happy for us to park the bus all of this season so Mikel can look good? I'd rather unleash all our promising attacking talent like the first half of last nights game personally.

How long did Ramires get and did he play well

Played the entire second half and he played his normal self. Unfortunately the second half was not as entertaining as the first due to Chelsea taking too many long shots and having a better defence on so Seattle couldnt attack efficiently.

He played 45 mins and he hardly touched the ball to be honest. But when he did he was okay. I think some of the guys looked a bit match rusty.

Every impressed with hazard.... De bruyne looked gd unlucky with a few shots, alway wanted the ball!.. Rather give him time than sending on loan!
Piazon look decent loan move would suit him!
Lukaku would benefit from season loan to get his confidence up.... But look better last night!

Should still try n get hulk... But not be hold to ransom

Watch out for Marko Marin he will be the buy of the season.De bruyne has to stay .Lets give Piazon a full game next time in his preferred position.He will be awesome.

If I was rdm this would be my transfer policy for the rest of the summer:

RB: any of: azpilicueta, piszczek, Micah Richards (if possible), Kyle walker (if possible)

CAM: Oscar deal close to completion.

St: £27.5 mil plus Meireles for Cavani.

I also would make a cheeky loan bid for Nuri Sahin with the option to buy, as without the likes of Meireles and possible josh leaving on loan Sahin could really add to the squad and probably the first team. He would be ideal for the style of play we are looking to deploy next season and I can just see him spraying those balls over the top for Cavani/Torres to run onto.

piazon- played striker, didnt see much of the ball, good skill and intellegent play

overall good counter attacking play, nice crisp passing, need some fitness for sure, poor defensively, poor goalkeeping

Agree with your Kakuta bit. When he came on the passing/ one touch play stopped. He held on to the ball far to long and did nothing positive with it.
Can't see him cutting it to be honest, perhaps another loan for him.

Kakuta has pace and skill, but yet is unable to get past anyone...I would like to see him more if there is anymore that he can give.

He plays behind the striker or on the left, i think he came on just to give everyone time on the pitch
