Had a question on the GK situation. Are Chelsea happy with sanchez as the number 1 or will they look to bring someone in. Seeing links with Ramsdale from arsenal.

{Ed002's Note - Chelsea are happy with Sanchez but will likely lose two GKs in the summer leaving space for one senior GK to challenge Sanchez. They have a player in mind but it will be difficult to make the signing. There will possibly be two further youngsters arriving, but they will be for the future.}

{Ed002's Note - Conor Gallagher (CM) Borussia Dortmund, West Ham, and Crystal Palace have declared an interest - possible departure for the summer - but the player has told the club he wishes to stay but has not signed a new contract. An offer from West Ham was turned down. Chelsea are aware that Spurs are likely to look to an offer and they have asked for talks. Newcastle offer a wildcard option but the player has no interest in moving there. Chelsea considered offering him as a makeweight in a deal for Moises Caicedo but the player had no interest. That may not be the case if offered to Crystal Palace. Al-Ettifaq have made amends to Chelsea after they complained of an illegal approach to Conor Gallgher by Steven Gerrard.

Chelsea have identified a number of options to add to the midfield if necessary.}

Personally v much hope we keep CG - and certainbly until the end of the season and MP can have properly assessed all our midfield options (ie Lavia plus CC when fit again) - as he has been one of the consistently better of our players this season.

Where does that turn our attention, obviously gyokeres is well liked amongst premier league teams, may be hard for Chelsea with better situated teams also after him.
