Much much better start today. Not the slumber of other away trips where the ball trundles around the back with the CBs pivotal to the tempo and the intent of the team. Neither of them have that in their game. Indeed, Badasheille is struggling at this level to do anything of note. Get the ball to the selected playmakers and look to play forward.
One thing. if Juan Pedro whilst playing no 9 continues to attempt that back heel “round the corner” flick only to have the whole stadium read it and allow the opponent’s CB time to collect, control the ball and offer clear grass to run into think I’ll scream. Stop it. Or sit on the bench. Great goal from Estavao btw.

I thought Mount just wanted parity with Chelsea's top earners, given he was your back to back player of the season I wouldn't think that was unreasonable personally.

Tom, I think Mount is a very good player and a very good fit for the type of football EtH is trying to instill at United.
I can see a midfield of Casemiro, Mount and Bruno working very well, lots of work rate off the ball and quality and creativity on the ball.
Mount and Bruno would work as duel playmakers, both capable of laying on quality chances for our forwards or shooting and scoring themselves if the chances present themselves.
If we can add a keeper that will allow the defence to push 10 yards higher we could have a very good side next season.
It'll be very interesting to see what happens at Chelsea this summer. Pochettino is a good manager and if given the right backing should improve you. I just think Chelsea's summer will be defined more by who leaves than by who joins. You need to streamline your squad to suit the new manager.
