Just sharing Eds last note on GKs

{Ed002's Note - I will explain where the club is with the goalkeeping situation.

Kepa Arrizabalaga (G) no decision yet but Chelsea has a list of possible replacements that they have had two people take a look at - right now don't expect him to leave but there is a tiny bit of interest in him.

Gianluigi Donnarumma (G) not expected to be available (a) if he signs a new deal, AND (b) Milan avoid a financial crisis - in which case Juventus could pounce - interest from elsewhere which could possibly include Inter, but I think that would be too difficult. PSG and Juventus are viable options and Real Madrid cannot be discounted. An approach has been made to an Chelsea side but there is a significant levy being put on wages.
Juan Musso (G) has been watched on several occasions since arriving in Italy. Inter has an interest as well and price could prove to be an issue.
Thomas Strakosha (G) several sides have shown an interest including Liverpool and Spurs but a discussion Chelsea had with Lazio regarding another player led to it being stated that the player will not be sold and they are looking at agreeing a new contract.
Alex Meret (G) lots of clubs have been looking - Inter are keen with Juventus interest dropping away.
Andre Onana (G) has been looked at by Spurs as a potential Lloris replacement, Chelsea if they decide to part ways with Arrizabalaga and Barcelona who expect ter Stegan to look for a move might be interested.
Mike Maignan (G) has been scouted on a number of occasions.
Ugrucan Cakir (G) Trabzonspor want €30M to ease financial issues and are happy for Eddie Newton to aid a move to Chelsea. Lots of interest from elsewhere.
Brad Young (G) Several Premier League sides and Middlesbrough have sent scouts to Billingham Town to watch young loanee Brad Young of whom much is expected. Chelsea have already agreed a transfer with Hartlepool (who ironically have two ex Chelsea goalkeepers at the club and an ex Chelsea goalkeeper as a coach) and initially agreed to take him to London to show him the ground and to Surrey to show him the training facilities. All agreed that he will move to Chelsea after he turns 18 in the summer. }.

If Barcelona expect Ter Stegen to look for a move, that could mean that the reported Chelsea interest in Ter Stegen could have some substance to it?
The main issue still remains moving Kepa on (that is if Chelsea decides to sell him) ; I guess there will be interest in him (Kepa) from Spain.

Yes it is. Insights much appreciated as is the re-posting. Interesting last item about the youngster Brad Young who is presumably seen a s good long term prospect.
