Given that so many criticised the owners for not signing a quality Keeper for this season. Have posters got a view on Petrovic (early days) yet?

I do think Sanchez (done little wrong) is going to struggle to get back in the team.

To Petrovic looks like another big Pete and I think they both cost around the same amount and both came without premiership experience. As I say, early days and I'm sure he will make the odd mistake like all players do and then no doubt he will get pelters!

To be honest I've been very impressed with him! I don't know why, but I had a really good feeling about him when we signed him, and so far he's proven that feeling right!

It's the most confident I've felt about a keeper since Courtois, and given his young age, we could potentially have our no.1 keeper for the next decade almost.

He looks a really good line keeper. Time will tell how he grows, but there is room for improvement in his command of the penalty box and passing. A really good start though.

I’m not sure why you think that gola? I’ve had my mind changed by player performances over the years and that’s all I’m asking.

It’s early days for the lad to make a definitive judgement on his ability but before he had even put on a pair of gloves his credentials were being questioned.
