Ed do you know anything of Islam Feruz going on loan to reading?

Would it be true in saying ed, that Lampard's move to La Galaxy is all but done?

Chelsea will offer Athletico Madrid £28m along with Fernando Torres in exchange for £46m rated Radamel Falcoa. Florent Malouda will be allowed to leave the club for free this January with France appearing his most likely destination. Liverpool are close to agreeing a £15m fee for Daniel Sturridge while summer signing Marko Marin is set to hand in a shock transfer request. Chelsea will likely sign one more player who can play as a striker/winger to support Falcoa.
If Torres and Sturridge go , who plays in the CL as Falcoa would be cup tied. {Ed002's Note - No he wouldn't.}

You are right - looks like you are allowed one player per season , if its from Europa cup to CL or vice versa
That's not correct. If a player has already played in the CL, he cannot play in the competition for another club.
Falcao though, has not played in the CL this season and the fact that he has played in the EL is irrelevant. {Ed002's Note - Just to clarify this, a club in the Champions League can nominate one player signed in January to play in the Champions League who has already played in it, if the club he represented are no longer in the competition.}

Reading interested on taking Islam feruz on loan in January. This could be one hell of ideal situation for us. If he does well he could be playing first team at 18 19. For us, something we haven't had in a while.
