Ed002 reports say AVB has agreed to take over at spur's is this correct? {Ed002's Note - I don't know but it seems a dumb move on behalf of Spurs. He is really not ready yet.}

Porto played some amazing passing football when he was thr. They declined this year in terms of good football without him.

They declined due to missing falcao as the focal pout of their attack but still put up good numbers. I like the guy but he's a poor man manager.

Yeah defo agree with tk, I think he just tried to change the players and team tactics to quickly!

He came in with a stubborn, and what seemed arrogant attitude. He burned bridges instantly with players like Drog and Lamps by telling them they would be used sparingly, and he froze out players like Alex and Anelka (I think RDM had so much success because he came in and respected the old guard and knew how to play with the players he had, AVB tried to teach an old dog new tricks and wouldn't back down) He was told he had the complete support of the club and he truly believed it. He is not experienced in facing adversity, and he's never had a locker room turn on him. Both of which hit him head on during his short spell in charge of CFC. It has probably been a good learning experience for him and maybe he is better because of it. In my opinion though, a fresh start with a team like Roma would be perfect for him. It's not the EPL and he won't have huge expectations like he had here.

Very harsh Ed. He did after all win a treble with Porto. Did you have misgivings from the start, when Chelsea appointed him manager? {Ed002's Note - You have to go back to Februray 15, 2011 - the day after the Fulham away game. He had attended the game with someone else and there were various discussions the following day where I guess it became likely that he would be the fall back position if other targets were unavailable. I have had misgivings but somehow it seemed inevitable.}

Ed; out of interest, was AVB at that Fulham match with Jose? And was Jose the original first option? {Ed002's Note - Yes to both.}

Apparently, there are going to be a few more transfers on the table. At the moment we are going to try and secure these people: Fellani- 20million, Jovetic- 25million, debuchy- 8million, hulk- 38million, van der wiel- 15million. As I said these are just on the table are not officially happening. However, Hulk has agreed on personal terms. I will be happy if we sign Hulk and Jovetic. To be honest I cannot see the importance in spending 23million pounds on defenders that aren't even needed too much. Although I do like the idea of those two attackers, despite being slightly skeptical about jovetic. Hulk does seem to have gone quiet recentley due to lots of other interest.

I don't understand how you think that we don't need a RB?

WGot to agree, we need a natural right back to replace bosingwa. Also why would we go for Debuchy and VDW we only need 1? I hope we forget about VDW and go for Debuchy or Azpilicueta

I think Fellani is a PL proben player. Will go nicely with Hazard and other Belgic solders.

I don't really understand why we seem to be concentrating so hard on landing all these defenders: VDW, debuchy etc... I know Terry and Cole are getting on a bit but there alright for the time being, and we've still got some great prospects like the Cahill and Luiz partnership and Bertrand. {Ed002's Note - None of the Chelsea players you mention are right backs. The defenders Chelsea are looking to (Azpilicueta and VDW) are right backs.}
