Couple of questions if you don't mind Ed; 1) its clear d.costa is a target, can you see us bringing in another striker aswell as him? 2) are we back in for khedira? 3) is it likely Torres is going to be sold? 4) any interest in any more defenders, if so who? Thanks Ed!

Not the biggest fan of Khedira if we signed another CM. Kroos would be the perfect replacement for Lampard but I don't think he'll leave. Shaw and any striker out of Mandzukic/Cavani/Costa would be great business if we can ship out a few average players for sale Mikel, Luiz, Ba, Torres etc. although I really think Van Ginkel has the chance to make a name next to Matic in the two centre mids. Ramires has been inconsistent this season and his passing hasn't improved.

Why would we want another destructor with limited natural talent, no passing range who can't control the game? And then we will ask ourselves next year again why we are bulldozed by WBA again. Players are never the same after CL injury. Real will be looking to offload a crooked player and look who's right there at the front of the queue just waiting to get ripped off again. Chelsea of course. We need a DEEP LYING PLAYMAKER, I've been saying this for years ffs, not another destructor. we need a player ala Pirlo, Alonso, Scholes.

I agree about Khedira - there is simply no need to spend money on him. Having suffered from a ruptured ACL myself, I know first hand that you don't know what level of performance you will be at returning at. I believe that David Luiz could develop into an ideal CM for us and could do a superb job - he is simply too risky at CB and lacks defensive instinct but his best qualities such as passing, strength and energy would be more effective in CM. The only player that I think would be a superb addition would be Gundogan who is stalling on a new contract at Dortmund. He would get the ball forward quickly and is obviously technically gifted. Also he is used to the high intensity pressing game, however I fear that he could be off to Madrid.

Oh I just remembered Vidal, wouldn't mind seeing him arrive either!
