Watching documentary on mourinho on itv england. Just brings back so many good memories. As a fan he gave us so much belief so god knows how the players where made to feel. I would love to see him come in and turn our club up side down. Give him full control, from first team right through to youth. The mans a god and could make us the best team in the country if the reins are taken off. He brings everyone together which is what are club has missed some much. Football is about trying to be the best, so let's start by bringing the best manager back home to chelsea.

Watched it took, was really good, praying he comes home : -)

Agree0 Disagree0

I hope he comes back too, but he won't run the club from top to bottom, not least because he has a reputation for not bothering himself with reserves and youth. He solely focuses his efforts on making the first team winners' and leaves the "minor" jobs to other people.

I don't know how accurate a portrait that is, but it seems to be the way he operates.

I still want him back though! {Ed002's Note - It is true of all of the "larger" clubs that the first team coach will not be overly involved with the other sides (reserves, academy etc.). The Director of Football or similar normally liaises between the sides.}

Agree0 Disagree0

What about fergie? He's a top to bottom coach, even now at the wrong side of 70 managing the biggest club in the world, the bloke still spends his nights off watching academy games.
To be the best you have to know the academy players, give them hope of breaking into first team. Not sending out 80million pounds worth kids on loan.

ED002 just a question beofre Robbie was sacked was the club confident they would get Guardiola to come in the following summer? Was Pep saying no a big blow to Chelsea in terms of they always thought he would come?

CFC1905 {Ed002's Note - I don't think the club was ever "confident" that Guardiola would arrive.}

How do people feel about David moyes being linked with Chelsea? Personally I think it would be a good move for us.
However he must be given time, he has done a great job at Everton.

What do you think guys?

Eddy

Believable10 Unbelievable8

I personally don't think he would do great. Certain managers strive in certain roles. Robbie did really well with a team that didn't need tactics but only needed enthusiasm. I think moyes is in his perfect role at Everton and I don't think he would be able to adjust to a massive club as quickly as he would need to.

He won't bring instant success, but will over a long period. I personally think he is best equipped to replace fergie. alessandro

Victor Wanyama is such a good player. will fit in well in our team.

Believable8 Unbelievable5

Wanyama is only good because he is in a poor league. In the premier league he would be average at best.

Ed do you expect clasie, verrati and wanayama leaving there clubs in the summer and if so will there be likely interest from Chelsea
cheers in advance {Ed002's Note - Wanyama will leave, but not to Chelsea.}

Believable4 Unbelievable2

Is united the possible landing point for wanyama Ed?

Tk {Ed002's Note - It is possible, they have been one of the clubs to have shown interest.}

Ed what players out on loan at the moment do you expect to play in the first team squad, and what players do you expect to be out on loan again or sold.
I realise it many be to early to tell but any info would be appreciated.
Thanks. {Ed002's Note - Bruma will be sold. I expect Essien and Davila may well be sold as well. The others will come back to be assessed by the new manager and by the coaching team. It is hard to see how Patrick van Aanholt, Pirez and Kakuta will fit in. The rest it is really guesswork.}

Believable3 Unbelievable1

Van aanholt is playing some really good football, I always rated him higher than Bertrand. Pirez is hardly playing and should be sold. Kakuta will be wasted with us but is also playing some really nice football. And looking very sharp. It's a shame they don't get the chance here.

Agree0 Disagree0

I can definitely see kevin de Bruyne being a solid chelsea player, perhaps van aanholt and maybe essien when he returns

Hi Ed. do Chelsea still retain an interest in Sergio Ramos for the summer? Thanks in advance

WelshBlue7 {Ed002's Note - There is no interest in Ramos at this time. Chelsea hve four CBs returning from loan this summer, one will certainly be sold but it is a position where Chelsea are pretty well placed for the future.}

Believable2 Unbelievable2

Thanks Ed.

WelshBlue7

Agree0 Disagree0

Is the one who will be sold Bruma? {Ed002's Note - Right.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Also, Ramos isn't a fan of Jose, so if we want Jose to come home, we can't have Ramos too! I'd prefer Jose although Ramos is damn good.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed are the other cbs kalas, omeruo and chalobah {Ed002's Note - Right, they are all out on loan this season.}

Hi eds, what are our options regarding stadium development? I feel we are being left behind in this area, even spuds are well on the way with their plans. With ffp coming in we will miss out on much needed revenue. {Ed002's Note - There is nothing new that I am aware of. If nothing can eventually be done with Battersea other options will need to be considered. The issues at Stamford Bridge (height and access) remain. I am not aware of any recent movements in the matter.}

ED
In regards to your reply re Stadium Development. you're reply suggests that there is still a chance of relocating to the site of what was Battersea Power station.
I was under the impression that the site had been sold to Malaysian Property Developers.
Is it your understanding that as in the past there is a chance the Malaysian Companies will be willing to listen to offers for this does seem unlikely in view of the position adopted by Wandsworth Council during the bidding process. Also work is already underway to level the ground and demolish the four towers.
Thanks as always for your insight.
B. G {Ed002's Note - It has been sold to a consortium but they do not have the money for the development and are selling property in phases to fund the development. The first phase is for sale now and it is most unlikely anything can now be done.}
