Ed's I was curious is there any update on Bertrand Traore not heard his name for a while after all the media coverage from asia, Many Thanks {Ed018's Note - they will try and sign him when he turns 18 in September}
A little further down on the Chelsea website:-
In addition to the 25-man named squad, clubs can use an unlimited number of players aged 21 or under. For this season Under-21 player is defined as one who has been born on or after 1 January 1992. Under-21 players can be added to the squad during the season.
