The full squads have just been released on the official Chelsea website.
What are everyone's thoughts on Marco Van Ginkel not being in the PremierLeague list and only on the Uefa ChampionsLeague one?
1.) He qualifies as U21 this season so doesn't need to be included on the Premier League list.
2.) A little further down on the Chelsea website:-
In addition to the 25-man named squad, clubs can use an unlimited number of players aged 21 or under. For this season Under-21 player is defined as one who has been born on or after 1 January 1992. Under-21 players can be added to the squad during the season.
3.) Van Ginkel is in the premier league squad listed as under 21 player! As are kalas and Blackman
Only bayern's midfield is better than ours. apart from Verrati our midfield is much better than PSG's seriously Cabaye. Illara is seriously overrated as is Khedira(who is injured), Alonso has started to slow down(also, Dortmund completely outclassed Alonso last season) but Modric is an amazing talent
