ED002 if Chelsea we willing to sell Luiz surely the club would hold out for £35 Mil as a minimum fee for him? {Ed002's Note - I have no interest in discussing money.}

Rumour about Sneijder came from turkish press as well as 6 months a go when everyone saw him at Liverpool they were certain he'll sign for Galatasaray which happened in the end.

It make's sense that Mourinho has desire to sign Džeko, he is hold up striker like Ba&Lukaku (Drogba like). Simply Mourinho prefers that type of striker.
Cavani will probably join MCFC, Gomez of to Napoli if Torres joins him Napoli will be hell of team, they challenge Juventus next season.

hi ed002

I know you have stated in the past that part exchanging players is very complicated and in reality very difficult to complete compared to a lot of peoples beliefs but do you think That Torres plus cash for Cavani could be a potential option in getting the player and a possibility? {Ed002's Note - I have no idea.}

Hi ed002, hope you are well. A couple of questions if you don't mind :)

1. Is there any chance of Cesc Fabregas leaving Barcelona this summer? And if so, who would be interested?

2. Do we have any interest in Edin Dzeko? Or is he still headed for Dortmund?

I have searched both of these but came up with no answers.

Cheers,
Alessandro {Ed002's Note - I am really not interested in contributing too much at this time - there is far too much crap and abuse. I have tried to share a number of things over recent days and they pretty much immediately need to be taken down. I don't have the time or inclination to deal with a lot of the posts as they have degraded in to repetitive rubbish. However, as you have looked I will try and answer these. (1) I am still of the opinion that Fabregas will stay in Barcelona. (2) If Lewandowski stays then Dortmund will not be interested in Dzeko. If Gomez moves to Napoli they might not be interested although he could potentially be part of a trade for Cavani. Other than that I don't know.}

Thanks ed002, I understand :)

Dzeko was 20/1 to join Chelsea now after a flood of bets he is 8/11. Skeptical to say the least he is decent and I wouldn't mind the move, but would City really sell to thier rivals for a reasonable fee? I can't see it myself

Believable0 Unbelievable0

City will sign Cavani.

Has anyone actually seen this Van Ginkel guy play, other than on YouTube? I will admit that's where I've researched him, and to me he looks like another Oscar type player. As good as these players are, do we really need another skilful but light weight CM/ CAM player? In my opinion we need a midfield general who is going to hold the line, win the ball and pick a pass. And someone proven and ready for the appointment now, not in a couple years time. Trouble being, there isn't to many of these around!

Cfc Dan

Believable0 Unbelievable0

From what I've read he's really not exactly like Oscar. Maybe he's a little lightweight but he can definitely work on that and he's not the flair kind a guy. He's got a good passing game and can release the ball quickly, chips in with a couple of goals as well. I think he'd be a great signing. Could be a Ballack-type player, which is not like Oscar

Jackson

Agree0 Disagree0

Surprised you think he looks like Oscar, from what I have seen he looks more like Gerrard, Lamps or Ballack. Arriving late into the box, shooting from range.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ive read and been told he is more of a Ballack, but with a great passing range.
One Bomb Tom

Agree0 Disagree0

I live in Holland and my Dutch colleagues tell me that he is an excellent player. A Ramires type, but much better with the ball.
Bruce

Agree0 Disagree0

We have Oscar mcrachran and lamp are to play his role. Time to trust and grow.

Agree0 Disagree0

Question marks over Mceachran potiental, and Lamps only has a year or 2 left at best. thinking of the future.
One Bomb Tom

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree with the Ballack references. Aged 20, he's definitely one for the future. At 6'1" he has the physique and ability to run around non-stop for 90 minutes. Good pace and acceleration and excellent range of passing. Comfortable with the ball at his feet and capable of moving the ball quickly. His positional discipline and defensive awareness make him perfect for the pivot. He could certainly be a replacement for Lampard and with a return of 8 goals and 10 assists last season with Vitesse Arnhem proves that he has the potential to be world class. With our favourable relationship with Vitesse and his current valuation at around £8m, a deal seems likely

Agree0 Disagree0

Sounds promising then, didn't realise he was 6"1. Given another year or 2 to fill out, and it sounds like he could be the general we're in need of.

I am not the biggest Jose Mourinho fan. In fact, I'm skeptical of his appointment and have my reservations. But I admire his passion for the club. I've been touched by his interview and hope this 're-marriage' lasts longer. The man has grown up and has come to stay for good. No doubt he had other options, but he preferred to come back home. These are my favourite quotes from his first interview:
1. "I am one of u"
2. "I'm more ready to be in a club and stay for a long time. "
3. "To be at the same time a Chelsea fan and a Chelsea manager is a new feeling for me and it's a fantastic feeling. "
4. "I need to work hard again and build a different team from the team I built in the past. "
5. "I think it was really important to get it in this period I call the last step of my formation as a manager. I've just turned 50 now and just finished my lap around European football.
6. "I arrived in my club, in my Chelsea, in the best moment of my career - of my stability as a manager, my stability as a person"
7. "I like the fact we have three, four or five players from the beginning of the winning Chelsea, and I think they have to be always a part of the Chelsea soul, so I'm so happy we kept some of these boys. "
I can only say welcome back and good luck! Bring back that fear factor once more to the Bridge.

The David Luiz rumours are 90% tripe, yes Barcelona have an interest in him but they are after a CB and also have an interest is Hummels, Inigo Martinez and several more players in that position.

Mourinho doesn't like him? Since when does Mourinho not like skilful players who are leaders and give 100%? Yes he has the odd indiscretion when it comes to his concentration etc. but if anything Mourinho will see him as a project.

Those worrying about these rumours, I wouldn't worry too much.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The chels. net pulled out an old article in 2010, when Jose tried signing him for Madrid, but the price was an issue.
