Alright guys ino everyones hoping for Reus in the next 2 windows but he seems to be injury prone and I don't want to sign a great player but injury prone.

I'd much prefer Cuadrado if Schurrle left. Quality winger, hardworking south American and when he plays on the wing he's get goals to his name.

Good, all you have to do is write a word to the board and tell them all the pros of signing cuadrado and cons of Signing Reus. If that doesn't work you can write up a cheque and by him for us would be a great Christmas gift.
What's that that won't happen either? Oh well guess we have to settle for our interest in Reus. :)

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm starting a new group of followers. Let's get Depay! :)
Now that guy has the talent to be a top top player

Agree0 Disagree0

Great player but looks MU bound.

Caudradro is our guy, of simply stick with what we have

Agree0 Disagree0

Nah man, I won't concede that easily haha :) with the way United are spending, I can see them buying another really high profile attacker/winger. Maybe then Depay would be smart and join another team. And who wouldn't want to join Chelsea, right? ;-)

Agree0 Disagree0

Delay is quality, but has MU written all over him

Who's interested ed? If you've answered don't worry, I'm heading into search function after I hit post

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - PSV's Memphis Depay has attracted interest from a number of clubs with Manchester City, Real Madrid, Newcastle, Spurs, Everton, Marseille and Manchester United looking to see of a deal can be struck last summer. Marseille signed Batshuayi and dropped their interest in Depay. I understand that Newcastle are pushing PSV for discussions and Manchester City retain their interest but can of course do nothing in the short term.}

Thanks mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well pool, it's as I suspected. Won't see him playing for our team :) just as well, I'd love it even more if Traore or Thorgan could make an impact for us.

For anyone still holding on to hope that Reus will join Chelsea, he's out again at least until 2015 according to reports. It's really sad for him as well. Such a marvelous player when fit.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Well to be honest that doesn't stop him from coming next summer or even agreeing a deal January, really think we all need to wait and see what happens. I for one won't rule out anything.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah I know it doesn't really rule out anything. But I think a move for him is unlikely to begin with, so his being injured so often (and now again suffering from a serious injury) makes it even less likely IMO. Guess we'll find out eventually :)

Alright guys pretty simple question. Many people come on here and talk about who they would buy but my question is what is the one player in our squad that you would refuse to sell above all others? For me i'd go with courtois because of the security it brings having a top 2 keeper for the next 10-15 years.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

However mercurial Hazard is and I admit the security Courtois brings is fantastic. But personally, I'd go with Matic. For the simple reason that I believe the midfield battle decides the big games in generall. Having a powerful midfield is the key to winning games IMO. And Matic is an integral part of a midfield machine!
That's also why I'd want Pogba at Chelsea :) I love a powerful midfield

Agree0 Disagree0

I like a striker to put the ball into the net for a win . imo

Agree0 Disagree0

A very tricky choice given all round talent in squad at moment. But I would say Hazard. He has that one-one-one -- one-on-two or three sometimes --ability to get past players and into the box for cutbacks, shots, penalty wins etc. TSO has already announced him as our best player. IMHO his flair talent would be the hardest to replace, and one we really haven't had since Robben.

Agree0 Disagree0

For me hazard is priceless. We have good players but hazard is the one player who can become one of the best in the world, he's that good. If he can add more goals to his game then top five players in the world beckons.

It was tough for me. Matic is a stud in one of the most unique and hard to fill positions in the world. Hazard is our best player but I feel there are a lot of players that fulfill similar roles although not as well. Costa has also shown what the difference it makes having a top striker. For me it was between matic and courtois and I just went with courtois due to the longevity that you can have with goalies.

Agree0 Disagree0

Good question, swerve ball, azpillicueta.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - that is a good question that one. If I was managing Chelsea I would always make my priority the goalie first, as that is the most important and difficult position to fill. Chelsea have 2 of the best, unusually, but Courtois is the better one, just, and younger, so he has to be the one you keep above all other players.}

My question was mostly just for banter lol, I agree Courtois.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - I have to be honest, I wouldn't sell Matic or Dave either, and Hazard, plus Costa. Chelsea are very lucky right now, so many vital cogs in one team, when most teams have far less. When you look at Man City, for instance, there is Silva, Kompany and Zabaleta. I would say Aguero but his injuries would mean a monster offer would have to be considered.}

We are so so lucky. The team we have built is quite something, possibly the only team that can rival the likes of Bayern Munchen and Real Madrid right now. Maybe barcalona.

To be 7 points clear at top and already been to Liverpool, Everton, Man City and Manchester United is some achievement.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

It's been a fantastic start! But the period coming up will be very important as well. December and January are months packed with games. Hopefully we can keep the right players fresh.
I'm feeling good about this team. Next up: Schalke and RDM.

Agree0 Disagree0

8 points in reality ct13 don't see the saints being in the hunt come may, imo

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe I want to much, but them 4 points dropped at the Manchester clubs could have been avoided, then it would be 9+ on Southampton :)

Can't but help leaving that match yesterday peed off it wasn't more than 2-0!

I want khadiera to play alongside matic and have cesc as no 10 with Oscar wide right be so much better and even more balanced than it is now.

But big up the super blues playing well just a little more end product for me IMO

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Pinky, Pinky, Pinky! You have just witnessed the finest half of football from a Chelsea team in years! Jeeeeez, what do you people want!

Eds, loads in the papers today linking us with Seamus Coleman. Really? Why?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Its the truth. Cause he's a quality player and Mourinho prefer Dave on left side, Coleman on right sight and Luis on the bench forever.
