Another point in the bag but should of been 3. Good to see Costa score, he needed that. Looked better when Ramiries came on. Oscar poor and Fabregas didn't play that well either, nor Branna. Still think we look better with Zouma at the back and we do rely a lot on Hazard. Some big games left and it might be a blessing in disguise going out the champions league as we do look tired.

We started the game well and got the goal we deserved but as soon as we gave the penalty away we were on the back foot the whole of the rest of the first half. A lot better second half and should have won, we were a bit unlucky. As for the starting line-up, I have no idea how Oscar is getting in there, he has been poor the majority of the season and literally adds nothing to the team in the past 2/3 months. Willian played in the number 10 role recently and I seem to remember he played well, so why not use him there and give Cuadrado a chance in the right wing position. Every time Zouma has played this season he has been fantastic, even when he is asked to play in a position he has probably never played in before he put in a very competent performance so how he is behind Cahill in the pecking order beggars belief. If we don't play players who naturally give us width then we need to play Felipe left back and move Dave to his normal positon.

Agree 100% Woody good post, would also like to say that Remy and Costa should get a chance together up top, pace, power, clinical finishing and strength. I think it would be a great partnership.

I reckon Remy, Costa and Hazard could be lethal bit like Anelka, Drogba and Malouda full of goals. Would be too attacking for mourinho though.

I'm sorry but Oscar isn't performing well at all, his passing has been poor again, I'm looking for the No10 to make things happen, he stands in centre midfield when he should in behind Costa. Need to bring on Cuadrado at half time

We're defending like a Sunday league team!

It's the midfield they have no energy & leaving defence under pressure against pace which we don't have at the back because zouma is on the bench which I don't understand atm! Getting absolutely dominated in midfield it's embarrassing to watch

Gutted to see no Zouma, Luis or Cuadrado in the line up today. Defensive full back in a game we need to win. Willian aswell who offers nothing going forward.

Would of liked Luis to start, big shame
Would of wanted Remy over Costa
Would of wanted Caud over Oscar
Zouma over Cahill all day

Me thinks this lineup is Jose saying 'show us what you can do'. I don't have much confidence and see this ending 1-1 :/

Let's go boys! Still half an hour away, let's hope I stay awake, got 4 mothers (energy drinks) with me and just drinking a coffee lol

Thanks to Burnley, we now have a great chance to give our young players some real game in the last 4 or 5 games. Come on Chels, finish off the title asap.

We can't get ahead of ourselves right now. Yes we have a CHANCE to make it an 11 point lead, but we still have to win our own games, and Southampton will be no pushovers. It was a good result for us yesterday, but we still have to make it count.
Let's go Chelsea!

Well said Jackson! Let's get the title wrapped up! Then let's see some youth!!!

Waste of time playing youth in a dead wood game. Doesn't get them use to the pace of BPL. I'd have started Loftus-Cheek next to Matic today with Willian as no.10. Cuadrado needs to be RW at least he takes a player on.

You're joking right? Put RLC as starter against Southampton? Strange

Ed001, what are your thoughts on Thomas Muller, if you aren't too busy :D

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - I was just thinking about how well he fits into the Bayern team earlier. He doesn't have lightning pace, but he does have speed of thought, hence him finding space all over the pitch. He seems to be a second ahead of everyone else, and it is not through a burst of acceleration, purely because he is thinking constantly. That suggests injuries would not affect him as badly as they do a purely physical player.

Having said that, other than lacking that burst of pace, he is very good physically, tall, good in the air, brave and always on the move. I would like to see if he could be as good with a team around him that isn't so far ahead of the others in his league, or if they are creating him the space to play.}

Pretty much what I was thinking! He isn't fast! But my word his intelligence is

What teams are interested, i'd love to see him at chelsea, he's my favourite player, alongside Javi Martinez

{Ed001's Note - as far as I am aware he is going nowhere mate. This summer I mean. Man Utd would jump at the chance to add him if he was to become available.}

If he goes UTD I'll cry, hope not

Thanks!

{Ed002's Note - Real Madrid are interested in Muller as an option.}

Cheers again sir, i'd be surprised to see Mourinho not be interested, hard working, tactical, a Mourinho man imo
