I dont understand I people are saying that Oscar, Kevin De Bryne etc. wont get any game time over the likes of Mata, Hazard,Marin and potentially Hulk. Its ridiculous!
Chelsea could potentially play well over 60 games this season! Di Matteo will rotate the squad and they WILL get their chance.Samir

Remember he is versatile! If those players start he will play somewhere else on the park. He can play rw, cm, rb. With those players starting he will most likely play in the double pivot plus Robbie loves him and his work ethic and with potentially over 60 games this year his sublime fitness will be key to our success

How stupid are people ramires played right wing cuz he tracked back & derended, hes actually a centre mid. 2 completely different positions for hulk & ramires yet being compared together f*** sake. any ways do you think torres will start ahead of cahill next season? do u c what i mean

I for one I'm happy we are moving on from Hulk to other targets. Don't like going into numbers and all but I'm sure Porto must be asking for a ridiculous amount of money ( think £40 mil). Good job by the Roman not giving in. Oscar and schurrle are 20 and 21 years old respectively, really talented and will only get better , they will be on low wages( for now) and I would rather spend £40 mil on both of them than on just Hulk. Good bit of buisness I say. Honestly hope we get them two. Praying and hoping.

Chelsea have joined Tottenham in the race for Internacional midfielder Oscar.
Roberto Di Matteo wants to bring in another creative midfielder before the start of the season and has turned his attentions to Oscar (above) as Chelsea are unlikely to succeed in buying Luka Modric from Spurs, who are demanding more than £40million and would prefer to sell him to a club abroad, with Real Madrid the favourites to sign him.
Sources in Brazil say Chelsea representatives have already met with Internacional president Giovanni Luigi and lodged a £15.8m bid. Their interest will come as a blow to former Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas, who was named Spurs鈥 manager last week.

Are Chelsea looking for a player who can play in the middle of the park? CM or DM. Mikel is inconsistent and sometimes a bit too reckless, Meireless has been OK with just glimpses of his quality. McEachran will probably leave on loan. Essien is past it as well and might be moved on this summer. Leaving only Lampard and Ramires who can play as CM in RDMs's 4-5-1 formation. Any central midfielders the club is looking to bring in, maybe even as a repalcement for Lampard? {Ed002's Note - Formations and such areof no interest to me.}

I'm becoming a little annoyed reading some of the post's, most people who post now with team selections are very fickle you add players like oscar and maicon in your teams when they aren't signed when a few weeks ago it was hulk or walcot, don't just choose the flavour of the week! Ramires should be in every starting line up, he was best player last season. Rant over!
