Man City have been cleared and therefore their 2 year ban is exonerated.

{Ed047's Note - and rightly so

I personally don't like FFP in it's current form. It appears to have been forced into being by the G14 Clubs to prevent significsnt outside investment into Clubs outside this group. To protect the Status Quo so to speak.

However I don't think a small group of Petro State backed Clubs should be able to spend whatever they wish and completely skew the market either.

It seems crazy that FFP operates under the lie that it's designed to prevent Clubs from overspending and ending the way of a Portsmouth but one of the punishments is too impose fines. You couldn't make it up.

I worry that this verdict will be the catalyst for a potential European Super League further down the road with the G14 Clubs closing the door on so called smaller Clubs and Clubs they seem undesirable.

KTBFFH!

{Ed002's Note - This is all nonsense. G14 was disbanded in 2008. Clearly another with no grasp of the situation.}

You have to say that the decision was expected. I think a lot of fans were just hoping for the ban to stay for the benefit of their own club.

I do grasp the situation entirely Thank You very much.

If as You say You RTFP You would understand exactly what I am saying.

Everybody knows what FFP is supposed to do and why it was brought in.

What has the G14 being (disbanded) got to do with anything. Because Power structures like to give away power don't they.

You're attitude towards what I said stinks btw.

KTBFFH!

{Ed002's Note - You are an idiot - G14 disappeared 14 years ago and you have no understanding of the "power" at all. Why comment on things you don't understand?}

Okay let’s keep it moving people. No ban for city top four or no UCL end of. To be honest I don’t understand A lot about the situation but I know we suffered from an unjust ban as well, so good for City (and perhaps the game) that they weren’t wrongfully punished.

Let’s focus on us, big game against Norwich tomorrow. Let’s spend our energy supporting the team.

Regardless of the ban, we have a job to do. We got a lifeline yesterday and must really kick on now.

If we can’t beat Norwich and Wolves at home we don’t deserve top four. Simple.

Bournemouth have given us an unlikely lifeline. it’s now time the manager and the players collectively step up in these last three matches.
