I think griezmann would be a better signing than bale personally for work rate & defensive side, don't see the need after we've signed cuadrado though. Koke next to matic would make sense (y)

I'd have to go with Bale. Proven in the premier league and despite a rocky season still undeniably world class.
Plus, it would annoy spurs:)

Bale and I'm surprised this is a conversation. Let's also not forget that bale has a fantastic work rate and is incredibly capable defensively for a winger. He was the player of the year two years ago and he's struggled this year but half the battle at real is the politics. The entire team is built to suit Ronaldo, if bale doesn't have a brace he gets booed, and his role is constantly revolving to fit seemingly 4 attacking mids on the field at once. That said they're both top drawer.
