iva is too wreckless and you often see terry calming and controlling him.
matic is not a leader on the pitch IMO.

Fabregas. Matic struggles with English. Bran is as someone pointed out "a live wire." I could see cahill but I'm not sure how long he'll be at the club depending on who we bring in.
