L'Equipe reporting Batshuayi is signing for Chelsea for €40 million on a 5 year deal, any truth in this Ed's?

Of course i'm in full support of the lad. Just i've been a fan of Lacazette for many years and believe he's a better player overall, with the stats proving that.
