So, as more players leave the World Club Champions permanently I was trying to think how many more we will probably sell/ loan.

Jackson (hope not)
Nkunku.
Chuka.
Disasi.
Sterling.
Chilly.
George.

The club still have a lot of work to do on the sales side as well as a few more signings.

Tom, Disasi is linked with a move to Wolves, Carney is linked with Dortmund, Sterling is wanted by Fulham, Palace and West Ham, the club would like George to stay but he is pushing for a move so I guess his agent already has a deal lined up, Jackson will only go if our £80 million valuation is met, NKunku is an interesting one as Maresca was starting to trust him more at the back end of the season and he might stay? the only one on that list who might be a problem is Mr Nightclub himself on £200k a week.

It will be difficult to shift Sterling as he only wants a London club ( one of he main reasons he joined us) . Probably a loan with us paying most of his wages again.

You said the same about Lukaku Jimbo so let's hope you are wrong again.

Greenaway, we signed Lukaku for £97.5 million; loaned him out for two seasons and sold him for €30 million. Not sure what I’m wrong about. Instead of sitting on the fence why don’t you share your objective insight into what will happen with Sterling. You can never be wrong when you don’t stick your neck out.

Or, you can invariably be right?.

Tom, I don’t agree. If you sit on the fence and don’t give an opinion you can never be proved right equally if you don’t give an opinion you can’t be proved wrong although eventually the splinters will become very painful.

Or, a person can convince themselves they are right when they are invariably wrong. Or, when they are wrong they invariably never admit it.

My list of being wrong would I’m sure be longer than being right.

Tom, I can’t argue with you about right and wrong However, I was responding to a poster stating I was wrong who sits on the fence and doesn’t give opinions which might be proved wrong.

Jimbo, If you read my mosts you will see I do give opinions. My point to you was very much tongue in cheek banter which surely this site is designed for? try not to get so hung up on "being right or wrong".

Jimbo, total rubbish. Making a “decision” doesn’t guarantee progress. This may come as a shock but decisions that people, governments or corporations make can be wrong.

There is an old saying that I was taught many years ago. “Saying nothing is saying something. ” We now live in a society that loves to judge or rushes to judge. There is nothing wrong with taking time before making statements.

Using your theory, it doesn’t matter if the SD’s, owners, or manager make the wrong decisions because it’s progress. Bonkers.

The amount of times that people make a statement about a player or managers personality as if they know the person personally is bizarre.

Personally I think we need to get what we can for the likes of Jackson and Nkunku I know that’s what they will try to do but I don’t think they will play and aren’t as good as what we have here. What am trying to say is if the media is right we want 80m for Jackson we all no he’s not worth 80m so if we can get 40 50m now then do it as next year will not get that. same with Nkunku the times right now. I must admit he’s disappointed me out of all of them the most thought we had a right player arriving into the squad and it’s just not worked he will go somewhere and be good though I just know lol.

Nib, I agree that Nkunku has been disappointing at Chelsea. He was the player I had the highest hopes for when we signed him.
Of course it’s not all his fault and his early injuries didn’t help. I have this horrible feeling he will go to another club and we will then see his talents.

Tom, you have a cheek referring to my post as”total rubbish “ considering the stuff you churn out. As for your “saying nothing “ quote there are alternative views:”The world suffers a lot. Not because of the violence of bad people but because of the silence of good people “. Napoleon.

I totally acknowledge my rubbish posts and when my opinions are wrong I own up to them.

Trying to find some strange historical quotes that have zero bearing on your latest ridiculous quote of “a decision guarantees progress” is even more bizarre than your first quotation.

I suggest you give your head a wobble. It’s not obligatory to have a view on every subject under the sun and it’s not unreasonable to consider an opinion before giving it.

Tom, I don’t remember you owning up to rubbish posts; mind you you’d be very busy. As for your “saying nothing “ quote; you certainly don’t practice what you preach.

How about this and using your totally misguided
quote. “You cannot make progress without making decisions. ” My “decision” is your posts in this thread contain non sensical quotes and general rubbish.

Using your theory that’s progress.
