Putting aside the very gracious congratulations from Sally the gooner, there are also some nice things being said about our performance last night on the Utd site. Also one or two posters suggesting how good our player investment has been in comparison to there club.

Sally aside, Arsenal fans are generally among the most jealous, bitter and envious of them all Tom, they are serial losers as a club, no trophies in 5 years, no Premier league in 21 years and yet they always try to belittle us and others as clubs. At least the scousers and Mancs can recognise a winning side.

RPD, I have to agree with you about Arsenal fans. They keep going on about how close they ran City and coming second. Nobody remembers who came second or who lost a final. It looks like they will spend money in this window so Arteta will run out of excuses if he doesn’t deliver.

Also saw them calling us classless whilst they kept Partey in the team for 3 years. Innocent until proven guilty but it’s such a bad look not suspending him pending the investigation. I know I’d be suspended or fired if I was faced with 5 or 6 r*** allegations and I’m not one of 25 faces of a global organisation.

fuser, to be fair I’m sure the gooners took legal advice and without Partey being charged while he was under contract to them, they were in a difficult position.

Apparently they offered him a new contract. If he had signed that contract and then charged, I assume they would then have suspended his contract.
