Ed do Chelsea have any interest in Gundagon? I feel he'd be an ideal signing to replace Mikel (if he should leave) and will cost significantly less than what has been quoted for Pogba and Carvalho. Plus he's still quite young

I'd doubt it very much. He's been out for the best part of a year with a serious injury and you never know how a player will recover. He has also put on a lot of weight.

I hope we've learned never to buy a player who's returning from injury: see Shevchenko; see Torres!
