Right now I really miss Rafa, he got us organized defensively, got the best out of Luiz our mazacar trio and we only lacked a striker for Epl matches and I'm positive Rafa would not have sent Lukaku out on loan. With our current squad Rafa imo would have been unbeaten in all comps at this point in the season. He had the guts to sit a lamps or terry in matches such as United last season and the players seem to like playing for him. This is my petition to buy him back from Napoli because what he said at Liverpool is not worse imo than what Eto said about Chelsea and we now embrace Eto. The only way Jose is successful this season at Chelsea is to follow Rafa's pattern with these players.

Don't miss him at all! You have to believe in our squad and our manager! I will be supporting Chelsea even if we were a championship team! Bad days came but there is a light in the tunnel! and I believe the best is still to come

Well I certainly hope the best is yet to come with the way we're playing atm. I think some people are getting a little to emotional. I get it looks bad but honestly we shouldn't be loosing to basel not at the bridge, switzerland, or at my backyard with the talent we have. TSO is looking confused he seems to be favouring a few players not going to call names, Lampard. Look we can do better I know we can cause we have the best manager and probably the best young players in the world, jose just needs to get over himself and realise we need to play football to the strength of our team and not play on the counter everytime. Oh and also Hazard is just 22 give the dude a break and bench his sorry arse till he remembers his talent can only take him thus far and work hard to be a world beater hr's destined to be. Peace fellas.

Don't understand how people can say "you have to believe in our manager" but gave Rafa so much grief. Imagine turning up to your work place and everyone turning around and booing you and hoping you were fired even though you were key to the success of the firm. That's effectively what large sections of our fans were doing.

Look lads, I posted the above because I thought we(Chelsea fans in general) went a bit too far with the Rafa abuse last season and felt most on here, although it's still very early, were almost creating excuses and skating our players for what were some early signs of Jose's missteps. I honestly see two primary issues that I hope Jose comes to realize soon and hope(for old times sake like most fans) that he's the man to fix it.
1. You cannot fit a square peg in a round hole. Jose, like all top managers have a system/style they believe is the way that football should be played but I believe the great/special ones implements a system to get the most out of the players you have and again imo we do not have a sit back and defend team of a purely counter attacking team. We need to attack and posses the ball(which is a form of defence). We were leaking goals and results last year when Rafa took over and naturally the new man thought, with our attacking mids tallent, let's sit back. It took Rafa 3 matches of scoreless football to come to the same realization. Striker or not we have the tallent and depth to easily be better than the form we finished in last year which imo is good enough to compete for trophies but is the "new" Jose humble enough to correct his thinking and try a different path. I know his way has achieved success, but not with these players.

2. If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. I think Pep is learning that also at Beyern. Besides inform finishing, our attacking tallent was good enough last season to give any team on the planet problems and it still is. Leave our midfield trio alone and if you want to make them better just adjust the pieces around them. D Luiz is a great player, I've seen him sit back for us(and hardly crosses in the attacking half) as well as his National team. I believe his runs are based on being allowed/asked to go frwd and if told not to he won't. Why are we blaming him for frwd runs when we know managers control freedoms on the pitch.
