On the SSN Transfer Talk podcast (02/ 01/ 18) there's a good explanation of both the Cortois and Hazard situations.

Chelsea have offered a big contract to Cortois, it's complicated by his family issues but optimistic for Chelsea.

Hazard not yet discussed contract, there's some miscommunication regarding an extention, but Real may not even move for him.
