Ok, so at the game today.

Besides scoring two goals Lukaku had a very good game. Looked fitter, closed down well and his first touch and control was good.

Werner works hard but has zero anticipation, zero picture of the players around him and the first touch of a brick wall.

Pusilic had a very god second half but was average in the first half.

Dave had yet another poor game.

Kovacic gave the ball away and then thought it would be a good idea to tackle Rudiger for there opener. A total farce.

We went into panic mode for there second Silva and to a lesser extent Mendy didn't help the situation.

TT had little influence in managing the game when they went to 433. Very slow to react and when he did he git it wrong in my opinion.

One further point the Wolves No3 looks a talent and I wonder if Ed could tell me if anyone is interested in him?

Haven't been to every home game this season but I'm yet to see us play well other than short spells. Same old, same old.

Very good to have your report Tom, many thanks for it. Sounds like another stupid mix up to let yhe opposition score. and in this case get back into yhe game. And any manager needs to be a presence, a factor, in game management.

Mix ups, poor game management from the players and TT but take nothing alway from Wolves they deserved something from the game.

Some relief I guess to hear that Wolves deserved something, but to let in two goals right st the end wretched . as it must have been for City fans v Madrid, if not much worse.

Tom, thanks for your summary of the game. Now 10 draws, I think at least of 6 of them should have been wins. Whatever you say about Wolves we should never lose a two goal lead. No game management. As for Mendy, I’ve said it from the start he is a very average keeper : not good enough for a top class team. I am concerned about TT’s judgement, starting with RLC is asking for problems. If RA was still owner TT would be gone. I’m not saying it’s not he right thing to do but he has lost the plot.

Jimbo, Mendy made one excellent one on one save in the second half.

RLC had another very good game although he sometimes misses the opportunity to pass in his desire to carry the ball, this can get us slightly out of shape and leave us vulnerable.

The players should be able to manage a 2-0 lead but TT didn’t react to the Wolves tactical change.

Werner was back to his awful best in the second half but Dave (who I love) was awful for the whole game.

The team's home form has been appalling this season to be honest. Not sure what's the matter with Tuchel, but he seems out of sorts lately.

A lot of work is needed to fix what is wrong st the club right now. Busy summer ahead, hopefully with quite a few departures, and replacements coming in the form of loanees and a few key acquisitions. We still largely employ the same set of players that have downed tools under multiple different coaches. I suggest that's where they start looking to improve.
